First of all the good: Tea was yummy and hot Scone was tiny, but good Server was pleasant and helpful Little sandwiches were okay—effort had been made in presentation Now the bad: Overpriced afternoon tea ($100 for 2, exclusive of tip)—for that price I expected better presentation of clotted cream, etc instead of takeaway plastic cup, and…. Desserts were pre-packaged tidbits like something you could buy from Costco The bottom tier had similar pre-packaged tiny tarts and egg roll (?) like something you could buy from Costco. So, go for the tea and maybe a tiny scone, but skip the rest of the food.
We had the vegan afternoon tea. I brought my mom here and we had a great time. This was a fantastic experience. It's a little bit pricey but we were well nourished by the end of our meals. The manager came to say hi and was so kind. Will come again for a special occasion.
Unfortunately experienced extremely rude service. After being seated by another staff member, we were rudely asked by the house manager to move tables since it “wasn’t the one we reserved.” At the time we were the only party seated in the shop so this took us quite aback. I let the manager know that I didn’t like being spoken to in that manner but was met with a dismissive attitude. Because of this we chose to take our business elsewhere.

I've been meaning to visit for a while, but I happened to be walking by recently so I decided to try one of the boba drinks offered here (not their usual fare). The tea was top notch as expected, and the rest of the drink was good too (although it could have done with less ice). Definitely still looking forward to trying the tea service here.Note that the boba drinks here use agar boba ("crystal boba") instead of traditional tapioca boba. I actually thought it paired very well with the tea flavor in the house milk tea.
