Do not order for pick up unless you are planning to do “ASAP.” My order was ready 40 minutes early and when I called to ask if it was a mistake they said it doesn’t show them pick up times. They need to redo the system if it doesn’t show order times.
The quality of the ingredients is super low. The tapioca tastes like plastic, basically nothing. Sugar, water, and pre-made tea. I recommend try to find alternative options. Places with more fresh fruit as the main ingredients.
Can’t adjust ice level, gets this much ice. I’m literally paying for 50% ice. Hard pass next time.
Great tasting bubble shakes with a few boba flavors to choose from. Mine could have been better blended, but it was good.
Good drinks. Can choose ice and sweetness level for drinks. Tried the Potted Milk Tea (Oolong Tea with Oreo Crumbles) 50/50 Ice & Sweetness. It was good.
I Rate this place staff did not have order ready for me to pick up I'm a Dasher. Have two many other things and orders not in procol. Sorry I'm prove on customers waiting to long for orders
We usually like the flavors here, but last weekend we got 4 drink orders and 2 were missing the rainbow jelly add-on we paid for (the other two drinks were correct, including one that had rainbow jelly). We didn't realize this till we got home and there isn't a good way to reach the business for a fix.
By far the worst T4.... wait wait let me rephrase that, this is the worst Boba tea place we've ever been to. $30 for a drink and 3 orders of their disgraceful interpretation of egg puffs. The egg puffs were extremely soggy even upon immediate consumption. Strangly this location does not serve the taiwainese fried chicken unlike many of their other locations. To all potential patrons you have been warned.
I asked for two LIGHT ICE MILK TEAS and I received half cup of ice in each milk tea. That happens when all associates are laughing and not focusing in their job!!!!Worst costumer service ever by a associate that I had to repeat several times my order and ain’t got it.
I get Thai milk tea with boba and melon pearls everytime I go there. Such a yummy drink.
