A girl employee with her nose pierced and blonde hair (arm tatted as well) working the night shift had a WHOLE attitude when I told her I didn’t want whip in my drink. She got one of my drinks wrong but she’s lucky that I didn’t tell her to remake my drink. First time coming here and HORRIBLE experience. She shouldn’t even be working in customer service if she’s going to have an attitude. She was also unsanitary and got the whip cream out with the top of the blender…DISGUSTING. Also, she was cussing out loud.
We came here 9pm and knew it close 10pm but they already prepared to close and didn’t let us use the chairs. So i asked where i could sit then they answered rudely that i should put them back after using the chairs. Very disappointing
1.They didn't bother asking my name for my order.. when I finally saw a coffee there, I had to ask if it was mine. NO ONE acknowledged me.2. INCORRECTLY made order. Label said vanilla latte... zero flavor/ sweetener added AND it tasted like it's been sitting on the burner for 3 months.DISGUSTING service and coffee

Had a great experience with the shop until this week - why is it not a safe hazard to order in a vehicle versus on feet at the drive thru if your biz is not open? Discrimination against those without a car? That doesn’t stop the virus madam.
WHY is the AIR CONDITIONER BLOWING at night in February???!!! Turn that air conditioner off in january and february!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!
Good pickup experience. Nice too be able to use the app, although adding money using Google pay seems difficult. Drinks were tasty although the chai latte is rather sweet and my parents prefer the other coffee chain. Easy to find and enter, though.
Worst almond latte ever. Really Dirty. Employees are unhappy. Let them take a rest or increase the wages.
