There is always a line to order. But they are pretty quick in processing the orders.Update: quality has dropped. Coffee is not the same. I'm not happy with it at all.

Barista Jordan made my drink wrong since he was in a rush (there was no line) and once I pointed out, snapped at me. Once he remade the correct drink and i asked if there was the appropriate amount of syrup he once again snapped at me while walking away. Customer Service is a joke at this Starbucks.
Great spot at the Stanford Mall for something yummy to drink and a tasty bite to go with it.
