Horrendous service at this location yet again. I ordered cold brew through the app. I had my friend go to pick it up for me and the person at the pickup counter says they are out of cold brew. They proceed to ignore my friend for 5 mins and when he tries to get their attention to get another drink or a refund, they say "just a minute." My order was supposed to be ready 10 mins prior at this point. Another 5 mins pass, and I have to walk over there myself (~12 min walk) to deal with it because the baristas are still ignoring my friend. They make us wait in the line to order a drink for another 10 mins to get my refund. How is this place even in business??? I will never order here again. Even if gas prices are $7/gal, I will drive to a different location instead of walking to this s*** show. They practically ruined my Sunday with their HORRENDOUS customer service. I have had at least four very bad experiences with customer service at this Starbucks location now (none with any of the other Starbucks locations in this area).
I came to this Starbucks at 3:30 and it was closed there was no one inside, even though online it states that they closes at 5, very unprofessional.
Asked to put on my mask. Actually I forgot. Was going to go get it but NO signs on doors saying it was required. So I decided to just leave!
Poor! Never moreI believe the employees were having a bad day, horrible service, lack of politeness, they shouted to announce the order. terrible
Service is quick, and the coffee is what you would expect from a Starbucks.

I would've gave 5 stars but one employee was hesitant to make the 2nd drink due to what it consisted of, but nevertheless they did a great job! ?

Was in my normal staff in there at that time so I'm a little spoiled with seeing the people who I normally work with because soon I walk in they know what I want and that's four shots espresso and by the time I get up to the counter it's ready so my hats off to them it makes you keep want to come back
