Hamburger Fast Food Burgers

This place needs a better management staff. I have tried to call them 6 times and they still have not called back. i ordered food, asked for no bacon, what do i get bacon, some takes the food back to the kitchen comes back 1 minute later said here's a fresh sandwich, i said i just seen you remove it, its not fresh. then we had to wait for fresh burgers decided to take it to go, get to the house and still found a small piece of bacon. I am hopping someone in a higher position see's this and calls be back.

This store is located on one of the ends of the mall. The location is wrong on the maps. The place has good outdoor as well as indoor seating.I had the mushroom burger with crinkle. It fries. The shrooms burger is unique and I loved it .The oozing cheese was delicious ?I would have enjoyed it being a bit more spicy .

Not up to the standards you'd expect from a Shake Shack. The inside was clean and modern looking, but the burger was very small for the price and the fries served barely enough to reach the brim of the container on one side. There was a very friendly staff member who came to our table to offer to take the trash, get refills, take a survey for Shake Shack, but also spent time telling us the burgers weren't "as good as McDonald's".

If you get take-out, sometimes the expected automated text informing you that your order is ready won't go thru. I waited 30 min before I went to check on the status of my order. (And my root beer float was melted by then haha)Otherwise, a great burger place as always!

I don't usually review fast food joints because they are all essentially the same. You know what you are getting.However.I ordered curbside pickup here and ended up getting some of the worst service I've ever had.I arrive and click the "I'm here" on the email. I wait about five minutes and then clicked the "I haven't received my food yet" thing. That tells you to wait 12 minutes so alright. 12 minutes go by and I am still impatiently waiting.I decide to go in and I go up to the counter and the girl there is putting an order in a bag. I assume it's mine but then she finishes and and puts the bag on the UberEATS shelf. So I try to get her attention but she is ignoring me pretty hard. She runs to the back and assembles another order and this process repeats. I try to get her attention, she ignores me, she walks away, she comes back.At this point, I am upset but also really confused, like am I in the wrong place or something? Finally after several more minutes she finally acknowledges me "What's the name."UhI tell her my name and she hands me a bagAnd that's itNo sorry. No thank you for waiting.Honestly I don't care about pleasantries when I am just trying to get some fast food, but I would like some kind of communication. Like a nod or " I'll be with you in a minute" or even if she gave me the finger I would have at least known I didn't suddenly become a ghost. My rant not withstanding,The food is expensive and the portions are small. The food probably would have tasted ok but was pretty cold when I got back to my car. Probably wouldn't do Shake Shack again but definitely will not do THIS Shake Shack.

I love the shack stack which is basically the original burger plus shrooms patty. However, my last visit to this place was a bit disappointed. Food was cold even the place was not crowded at all. I blame the cold weather so would probably give it another chance.

I don't give 3 stars often, but this was a mixed experience. The staff was nice, food was tasty, but was poorly prepared. The chicken was rolled into a wedge, and the truffle burger was nothing like pictured.

The fries were good! Everything else was sub par. The cheese sauce for the fries reminded me of 7-11 nacho cheese sauce, but they beat you there. The hot dog is really should only be a kid menu. It isn't designed for adults. Disappointing because I'd be planning my visit for some time. Overall, very basic and just plain food. Due to your kiosks, you successfully managed to not have a single person utter a single word to me today! Good job!

This location needs a major improvement in customer service. Employees all operated in a way as if customers didn't exist. We went there due to gluten free dietary needs. We read beforehand that there would be a friendly employee coming out to confirm. Well, we had to personally grab one too-busy-to-care employee (almost yelling). And she had not confirmed at all about the allergy restrictions. Then when the food arrived, we noticed the avocado was missing and no one bothered to inform us of the fact. Only after we spent 5mins grabbing (by yelling and waving repeatedly) an employee, did she casually say "running out" and offered no solution (refund, replacement, etc.). We literally had to press for refunds, to which a manager finally came out with a fake sorry attitude. The only reason this is not a one-star rating is due to gluten free protocols. No reaction to the food.

My husband and I were not impressed with this Shack Shack. Had to place our order on a tablet which was difficult to make selections so to make it easier we both order the same items. We ordered two hamburgers, two fries, two vanilla/chocolate shake. Our bill was over $60.00. Never have we ever paid $60.00 for two orders of hamburgers that were fast food. The restaurant itself was dirty, our table had not been cleaned and it was noisy. Very disappointed.
