Delicious biscuits, gravy, poached eggs and fried chicken! I will be back to try the other brunch yummies

Came for some breakfast tacos and coffee and was not disappointed! Salsa and textures in the taco were very good

Great for brunch, but better to get there early to avoid any waiting time.

Nice quaint little brunch place and wine bar (they have dinner too). It is a small place, felt cozy. They have a few outdoor seats but go early if you want outdoor seating. The wait staff was attentive but not intrusive.I tried the Las Jaras Glou Glou (red) - was decent. It is served chilled, so something different. The sommelier walked us through the different options, gave us tasting samples. My fellow diner tasted the Kumsha Sav Blanc, she really liked it so she got a carafe. We ordered a biscuit for appetizer but they also got us some olives on the house, which was nice of them. For brunch I got the fried chicken sando, and my fellow diner got the breakfast tacos. The fried chicken was good, had a poached egg - it was done well and was perfectly round. I imagine they pouring it into a template or cutting it after - looked good. The breakfast tacos were decent, tacos were freshly made.Recommend going there for a decent brunch and taste some unique wines.

Kasim the owner is both approachable and knowledgeable and the bar has natural organic wines from around the world

Their brunch is great - fried chicken and waffle was delicious along with a bottle of pet Nat!

Great wines, good charcuterie, nice place for relax and for meetings

Salvaje just opened this week, and I think it will be a welcome addition to downtown Palo Alto! The focus here is natural wines - super trendy, but it basically means wine that is grown sustainably and fermented with native yeasts and minimal intervention. It may seem unnecessary, but I think it's a fun little thing that sets it apart from other area wine bars.
