Palo Alto, CA 02 We got there shortly after 6 for dinner, got seated, and let them know we had a time deadline. We waited for 20 minutes, no waiter came. We went in and told the manager, so he came out and was quite sarcastic while taking our order. Then the order didn't come, and people who came a good 15 minutes after us were served. We asked again about the order. Other people continued to be served. When the order finally came it was almost 7, and the burgers were way overdone. Worst service we had ever encountered in a restaurant. We've eaten there before, but never again.

Average.. upon hearing this place had a Supreme hamburger I was let down big time. Service was good and atmosphere is old school but food was not worth while. Burger was dry and my milkshake which was strawberry tasted like peanut butter was scared they didn't wash cup correctly. Overall a local favorite maybe but not something to drive over 30 min for....

Nice place for a weekend brunch. A lot of waiting on a Sunday but we got a table for 2 quickly, the host was very polite and helpful. The Caribbean French Toast was delicious. I had never tried a banana and coconut combo but it really tastes nice. The Breakfast Enchiladas was okayish. It tasted very bland. My friend got the Breakfast Quesadilla and she loved it. The portion size was huge and it was filling.

What a diner ?I love it here ??You should absolutely not eat here everyday as the food is of the heavy kind. But, I truly recommend to go here because the food is fantastic. It is fresh and tasteful. The service is good and if you ask polarity they will tell a bad joke ???Thanks ?

I have been going to this place from 5-6 years now. Very vibrant retro place. This place was founded in 1923 and don’t forget to go through the historical theme inside the store. Pandemic caused them to expand to outdoors. Now they have both indoor and outdoor space. More the merrier. They have awesome and freshest breads, juices and variety of milkshakes. Great options for sandwiches, burgers and breakfast items. Their toast portions are huge, it makes sense to share that between two people. Rye bread is my favorite. Veggie burger is out of the world with delicious patty and super fluffy house burger buns. Their French toast is one delicious “not so sweet” treat with toasted coconut flakes. Person who greets you at the restaurant is very welcoming and enthusiastic. Place is dog friendly. Plenty free parking at streets and nearby parking garages. Free parking at weekend. 2-3 hour free parking during weekdays 8-5. I keep going to this brunch place frequently at different times of the day.

Good place to start your weekend. Chill outdoor sitting with fireplace. Food was nice. Recommend the NY strip.

The Palo Alto creamery has been around since the 1920s. It's a good old school American breakfast. But just be aware that you're eating in downtown Palo Alto so it's really expensive if you're not from this area, it might be a shock to you. The food is okay it's not great but if you like traditional old school American breakfast diner, this is a good place for you. The staff is friendly and the service is good. I just think the food is a little overpriced.

Good place for breakfast. Great portions at a reasonable price. Outside seating available. I enjoyed a 3 egg omelette. Good strong house coffee. Shakes are delicious!!!

Was looking around on Google for a nice steakhouse in Palo Alto and was looking at the prospect of going to one of the fancy establishments and forking out $60+ for just a steak (sides are extra). I then just searched “steak” and up popped Palo Alto Creamery. Loved the menu and pics online and decided to pay it a visit. I’m so glad I did, the steak was magnificent and the service from Victor and the rest of the staff was exceptional! Well worth a visit and I’ll definitely be back!
