Wanted to stock up on sleeves for home and the office but I was outright ignored. Never greeted and stayed for few minutes waiting to be served or at least greeted. Ended up leaving after they greeted someone else who came in after me and asked how they could help them.

Ted the assistant manager was absolutely unfriendly and rude. I’ve been to many other nespresso locations but this was the worst experience. I think he needs to take his customer service training again.

Was charged for 16 sleeves instead of 15 that I wanted and got. Scammed me of $13.Avoid this Nespresso.

At 11:30am closed. Stating as safety for customers and workers. Ridiculous. By decreasing the hours you’re creating crowding. The customer service model is inefficient when all the clerks are doing both marketing and selling.

Great service and selection; even previous releases if available

Same experience with sales offering new customer bundles such as buy 10 sleeves get some gifts and telling me this coffee capsules last long that I can just store them. okay, I said I could drink that much by myself. That’s fine, here is the funny part. **I bought three sleeves with three flavors. I am not a person who can drink heavy flavor and what I found the next day after believing the sales picked up the right sleeves, I found her picked up a flavor that I never told her I wanted. **So everyone, CHECK your flavor after they gave you the bag!! *MAKE SURE THEY GAVE YOU THE CAPSULES THAT YOU WANTED. *Tbh, this is super ridiculous store. I just have to buy some capsules to keep me alive at work otherwise I am not gonna visit here again.

I’m done with Nespresso. Using Peet’s capsules from now on. It’s ridiculous how long they make you wait in line without even letting you see the “menu” or letting you place your order while you wait. Absolutely insulting to the value of their customer’s time. It happens over and over I all their stores.

Very nice and cleanGood serviceAnd the best coffee

While visiting this store yesterday, I was not offered something to drink while the person who came into the store behind me was. Wondering what is the criteria the employee goes by on who he should offer a drink to.

I have been purchasing from this store since they opened. I previously purchased at Sur La Table (not sure if it's "the same store" in a new location.)I have found the people at this location to be incredibly nice. And even better, efficient. They always let me know about specials as well. Not sure if they are back to brewing a cup of coffee for customers again yet, but I am looking forward to it.I love my Nespresso and the shop and staff are wonderful.
