They take forever ( only have one person on staff ) and don’t put all the ingredients in the juices

Had the 'Green Shield', liked that it wasn't overwhelmingly apple, but was a bit watery. Would have liked more leafy greens.So many places, the green juice tastes like green colored apple juice, not here.This Palo Alto location is a restful spot on a lazy sunny Saturday afternoon. There were families with children, people with laptops, and friends chatting, but no one was overly loud or noisy.(Burlingame location for example tends to feel hectic, like a crowded Chinatown afternoon) Bathrooms could use a clean, trash bin was overflowing.

I asked her to wear mask when making my juice due to spit sprays when talking, she said no. She made the juice less than the cup, I asked her to put ice, she talked on top of my drink (spraying spit) and grabbed a handful of ice with dirty gloves and left. Rude girl with shoulder length brown hair.

It was really expensive - and great juice for sure. Hard to pick the right juice for you because the "combinations" seem to have like 2 common base styles all of which stretch the limit :0)

My first time here but had a really bad experience. They only had one staff member for the whole store so the food took a long time. The staff member was nice but poorly trained since he kept looking back at the menu while making the drinks, which means he didn't know how to make it. I got a green mile and a spicy tuna. The staff member forgot to make the drink and when he finally brought it out to me, he said he was closing the store two hours before it was supposed close. Also the place was not tidy. Again I don't blame the staff member. He seems new or poorly trained and didn't have anyone else to help. Unfortunately experience.

Was there at 3:45 this afternoon (10/10). Service was bad despite very few customers. Coffee was tepid and had to ask twice to have them make it hot. Friend ordered a earl grey tea which had no flavor, Tab was over $30 for five beverages and then they have the default 15% gratuity when you have to place and pick up the order at the counter. Poor service, bad product ... only go if want a less busy space to kill some remote working hours.

Had not ordered from J&J in a while, partly because I thought their packaging was way too much. Happy to see they have now moved to a minimalist packaging. And the sandwiches are still Sooo good

Great coffee and juices every single time. Never disappoints. 1 star less since their condiments were not sorted out well and had to struggle looking for it.

$12 for an unsatisfying (albeit tasty) blue smoothie featuring inedible coconut husk chunks served up by an unfriendly staff. No thanks
