I ordered 2 drinks and a breakfast sandwich ahead of time on the app to pick up at 8:20. I arrived at 8:45am because there was an accident on the freeway. Only one drink and a sandwich were ready. I entered and the staff were chit chatting with a customer that seemed to be a friend which is completely fine. But when I approached the pick up area, one of the staff members just looked at me. I said hello and that I was here for an order pickup. The staff member does not say anything. It seemed like she was distracted and wanted to use her phone. She walks away takes one drink out and heads to the back to get the sandwich. She then starts to make what seemed my second drink. I was running late to work which yes is my responsibility however I did order a drink ahead of time and selected a pick up time which I expected would be the time The order would be ready. At this point, I had to raise my voice a little so the staff member that was making the drinking could here me ask “ are you making the drink ?” She then responded yes, and at this point I just was not happy. First they don’t communicate with a costumer. So I explained that I don’t have time and if I could get a refund. She said it would be faster for the drink to be made but I just didn’t want to be there longer then I had to since the customer service was not great. I said that’s fine forget it then. And I proceed to walk out. I hear the staff member mumble “ then I guess you can’t get your refund” and the staff and customer/friend laugh. Are you serious ? What kind of customer service is that and I entered back and i said that they had terrible customer service and she responds “then don’t come back”. Wowww!!! Amazing! I guarantee I won’t be returning. Do better! With everything going on in the world! The least we can do is be kind and respectful and communicate properly but I guess we all failed at that too. Management please reach out to me as I do want me refund. Thank you!

I wasn’t distracted, I know how to multitask and if I wanted to use my phone I would’ve walked away and never helped you. Second, you raised your voice very loud and rudely at me while I was making your order and it trigger me very bad because I had just got to work and it wasn’t my fault your order wasn’t ready. Also I looked at you because I didn’t know you were a pick up order (mind you, I just got to work) so my communication may have been off but I was actually looking for your order to help you out miss. After you told me you wanted a refund and I had said it would be faster for me to make your missing drink, that was damn near done. I noticed that you were rushing and your vibe threw me off. You then started walking out the door and I said i guess you don’t want a refund and you came back and said we had bad customer service. You you feel like this then don’t come back and you should never be a KAREN customer because you don’t know what I have been going through. Thank you ?

Quick and polite staff with a clean store. No Dine-in option but there are a few patio tables. Expensive.

My first time coming here and I loved what we ordered. My new favorite drink is definitely peanut butter moo’d even though a medium drink is 720 calories. Worth it.

Just like every other Jamba spot, the Jamba at Palo Alto's Town & Country can get a lot of people during lunch time and afternoons, especially on hot weekends. But the service and Jamba here is still good.

Good but expensive

Good products and staff. My go to for an afternoon refresher! My personal favorite is Strawberry Surf Ridder.

Total disaster. I saw bugs nearby, which could quickly be resolved with basic cleaning, but nobody cared. So disgusted when I looked in my drink (below is what I saw.) I threw it away and didn't look back.The workers were rude to boot, cursing at each other while making my drink, uh why? They also said some other inappropriate things loudly I won't repeat here.Trust the other reviews (check out recent reviews on Yelp); you'll see I'm not the only one. The Orange Dream Machine is wicked good. I strongly suggest on your next visit you try one. Its orange and creamy and delicious..like an orange dreamsicle..but better. The staff is always friendly and helpful especially when it comes to dealing with their App. It doesn't always record your points and they always fix it for you. They follow the CDC guidelines and the place is really clean!
