One of the worst, food is terrible, people there don't want to work, worst customer service, I lived in Gilroy for a while and Jack in the Box was my go to for midnight cravings, however, this location is the worst, they should shut it down.
Very courteous staff, easy to find, the food was fresh and hot and the shakes frosty.
It’s good for fast food only thing if good getting smaller size and bigger price i remember when it use to be 2 for 5 breakfast now almost 5 for one
I don’t want too give them a star at all … they don’t wear gloves when preparing the food and they mask be half way on they mouth when I saw that I asked for my money back never going there ever after midnight …
This Jack In The Box is TOP NOTCH !! Fast Food prepared with care and a friendly staff.
The food was what you expect. Good. Fast. The staff was fairly friendly. However, this is the smallest Jack in the Box I have ever seen. No one knew where to stand to order or wait for their food.
Rude old man in the window attending customers in the late drive thru. I got off from hospital work and trying to order food through drive thru @ 1:20am. I was calling for somebody several times that I'm ready to order but there was no answer, nobody attended nor responded to my call so I moved my car forward to the window to order but he replied to me rudely. He was raising his voice on me saying that I cannot order through the window but I explained to him that I was calling for a long time. My goodness, there were only two cars this late night and he couldn't accommodate getting my order since there was probably a big problem to his headset. I'm a nurse and I just finished my shiftand quite hungry, and this was all I got, a rude response from an older male person through the window. Instead, he wanted me to go around and go back to order through the menu board. Honestly, I lost my interest in buying food in this branch at late night. I head out home and just prepared food to eat.
When the woman handing me the drink her hand is wet and she is serving at this point of time and about the order totally gave me the wrong order and when asked about it, she took the burrito from me and didnot even give me a correct oneShe took burrito and added the right one and gave the same burritoNot cool
Spicy nacho chicken sandwich is really good. Open late night. No long lines.
24 hours has been a life saver on a few occasions. Other than that, it's your everyday Jack in the Box.
