I took my friend here for his birthday. We ordered two bento boxes with salmon teriyaki and tempura. Both items were excellent but the portions a bit skimpy. While the service was good, I found them a bit slow to get our meals ordered and served. At times it was hard to get their attention because they were so busy. The experience was a bit rushed because their lunch hour was only until 1:30pm. With tips I paid $85 for two bento boxes, nothing else. I guess I would accept a once a year extravagant expense. Till next year?
This restaurant is worth the hype it gets. This was one of the first spots recommended to me when I moved into town. Prices weren't outlandish, and the sushi was fresh. The service was great. Water refills every time we need and attentive to our needs. Great selection 10/10.
Pretty authentic Japanese restaurant. Nice ambience. Good food. Courteous service. Bit on the expensive side for the taste and value. In any case, enjoyed the time.
Theoretically food was good. We ordered a multiple items including some appetizers, and a wide array of sushi. Fish was fresh, but flavor was lacking a bit. Service was amazing though, so I'd go again and try a different set of sushi.
Sushi was fresh. Sukiyaki was great. Our waiter was very attentive and courteous.
Tasty sushi! The waitress didn’t seem to understand the menu super well: I was hoping to find out more details about more niche items, but she steered me towards the usual go-tos, which I guess is fine. I’d like to come back and talk to someone who really knows their way around the menu.

Back here for the first time since COVID hit. Excellent food and service - the sashimi is really good. Don’t miss trying the Dragon roll
If you are in sushi as a vegetarian, this is great restaurant to try it out. Beautiful ambiance, quality food and service. Would definitely recommend for vegetarian/vegan. Will come back again with more friends.
While the food was fantastic, it was disappointing that the server did not warn us that we were ordering too much food (even though we asked directly), but encouraged us with it. It was more than double what we should have ordered.Food is 5 stars. But this issue with customer service was bad, thus the lower rating.
