"THEY STOLE MY MONEY!Ordered through the app at 11:48pm. App indicated a delivery by 12:22am. They would not pick up their phone, so I had no idea if they were going to deliver. Driver arrives at 12:42am citing he was lost. He then proceeded to share that I 'needed to grab the pizza from him (despite my ordered contactless and drop off' or he was leaving. As I reluctantly started to walk towards his car, he stated that he was leaving and hung up then drove off.After 11 calls to the store, the manager picked up and said the driver was busy but would be back in another 30 minutes. I told him I was certain my food would be cold and not edible, and he said, 'it will be fine' and also hung up.I should have read the reviews on this store, but I did not. I was hopeful at this late a night and for trying to get some late work done. @Dominos Pizza - if you track these comments, you need to intervene. It is now 1:36am, and no phone call, and no food."

2 hours for the pizza up arrive, no one answers the phone. Not good.

This is a nasty place , none of the employees wear masks nor they wash their hands , I work there ( as a driver) and now they are refusing to pay my wages , I already file a report to the Labor Board of California .you'll be hearing more from me .

I went to pick up my food around 7:30 on Sunday evening, only 2 staff members were inside the store, and neither were wearing masks.The person greeted and helped me with my order didn't care to put a mask back on nor did they social distance. The store is so small and confined with its door closed, there is no way that is safe.They didn't wear a mask while facing customers, so you can bet they didn't wear a mask while they were handling food.We are still in a pandemic with omicron on the rise, and this is how they handle mask wearing. I can't even imagine how they maintain their hygiene during normal times. This is my last time going to this domino's, and I would advise others to do the same.

Very nice sir that attended to us. We order the pizza 10 minutes before they close and I thought they would reject to do it but he even brought the pizza and the car for us. The pizza was fresh and he made very fast actually. Made my night because I was coming from the ER very sad and hungry, but this made me happy. Happy to give 5 stars.

I waited on hold for 18 minutes then they picked up and hung up on me. I talked to the man at the counter and he told me that Dominos automatically hangs up on people if they have been on hold for too long. I asked for the name of the manager and they refused. If you are the owner of this business I have video I can share with you.

They say they make it easy to order but won't answer the the phone to order. When you are driving you can't go online ?? after being on hold for over 10 minutes I hung up and went somewhere else.

Customer service is as bad as it can be, they have no manners.

We had a horrible experience. Ordered a giant pizza to be delivered, online. Left instructions to call upon arrival so my spouse could meet outside. Was advised it would be ready for delivery in about 35 minutes.At about 35 minutes, the app advised the pizza had been delivered, but no one ever came.About 10 minutes later, I called the business and was placed on hold while being advised very few moments that someone would be with us shortly.40 minutes on hold with this continued message and we decided to drive to the business.Upon arrival, I got a call from the delivery driver stating she was at our place. I told her we were at the business and by now, 45 to 50 minutes after the pizza was to have been delivered, it would be cold. The driver argued with me and I finally hung up.The person at the counter told my husband he would make a fresh pizza. He did not offer any discount.We stood there watching as he proceeded to make our pizza, unmasked, and with no gloves on.When we objected, he rolled his eyes abit and my husband told him to stop and just refund our money.He wouldn't refund our money and we were advised we would need to return in the morning and speak with the manager...We will not be able to do that as I am going in for surgery tomorrow a.m.We paid $45 for this experience. Disappointed and hungry does not begin to describe what we were feeling, 2 hours after having placed our order online.

Good pizza selection and fresh toppings.
