Good quality is good, but be ready to spend a long time waiting in line and interact with some employees that could care less about you. I’ve never had slower service in my life or been standing there without anyone acknowledging my presence. This store lacks organization which leads to inefficiency. If your time isn’t important and you don’t care how you’re treated, it’s a good spot.

When I went to drink my Iced tea, it tasted bad, and I saw chunks of mold!! When we told the manager, he just shrugged, gave me a new cup, and said he recommends not to get ice tea. Then we watched, and they didn’t replace or clean out the Iced tea!!! Now my stomach hurts. Go to the chipotle on el Camino down the road instead, less busy and cleaner.

I ordered a burrito at this restaurant yesterday. I was disappointed to find that the rice was not cooked through. It looked like it was soaked in water and then served. I was planning to tell the staff discreetly about this, but there was a line of customers and I didn’t want to sound negative for everyone to hear. I had to bring the burrito home and recook it before I can eat it. The rest of the ingredients tasted delicious though.I suggest Chipotle pay more attention to their quality control.

Chipotle is always good, but this location has fresh ingredients and good quantity. I have been to other places where the quantity given was less, and rice was undercooked.One negative was that the soda machine was broken when I went.

This place is horrible. I placed a mobile order and this is what we got. Never going here again. $16-$20 a bowl for this?!

horrible service. They are doing mobile order only and it’s 30-60minutes waiting time.the employees are simply follow the instructions and did not interact with customers.

Chipotle really needs to crack down on this location - bad service, bad organization, bad food. It's not the first time at this location, but today I waited 25 minutes past "promise time" to pick my online order up. I understand short-staffing issues but if that's the case then fix the "promise time"! Either way the food quality here is inconsistent - today my rice is clearly undercooked and adding an unwelcome crunch to my bowl.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They’re super slow & horrible customer service!!! My fiancé & I were waiting in line behind 2 people… I repeat 2 PEOPLE! 3 people working & it makes no sense that we had to walk out & go to another chipotle. I will NEVER come back.

the site manager is simply the worst I have ever seen in my life, he has no education. however the collaborators are kind, considerate. There are two very young boys who work at the cash register, they are an example of employees! thank you buddy
