Consistently the worst chipotle I’ve been. They’ll make 10+ online orders at once while you wait watching at the counter. No other chipotle I’ve been to does this!Food’s fine

Completely horrible service, incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I have been to many chipotles and it is usually an easy and convenient experience. Here, Jose Valente (who according to his business card is an apprentice, which shows) was unable to process our order with the register and resorted to anger and fury. We left and took his business card. I would run, not walk away from this place and go somewhere else, like the Stanford shopping center, for chipotle.
Horrible experience, the manager full of anger and fury and vitriol. He has a created a horrible culture that affects all who visit. Highly recommend the other chipotle at the stanford shopping center.
Parking in the lot, line moved quickly, ingredients in plain sight, real person helping assemble your order, lots of good combinations for your basic burrito route of meal.
The food was great, although the service with the manager was disagreeable, and can improve in a good way.
Just okay. Prices, of course, are more expensive in California. It seems like their bowls are just a tiny bit bigger than back in Houston, Texas. Food quality is the same.
Store closed. Website states they are open, accepting phone orders, however when you get to the restaurant there is nobody on site.
Accessible, off of El Camino. My experience was ordering online. The process was smooth and when I arrived, my package was all set to go. This made it convenient, simple and and quick.Plenty of parking and open pretty late. I was acknowledged as I walked in by staff and when I left, this made me feel like a valued customer. THANK YOU!
Ahhh. Hum... This is the dirtiest restaurant that I have visited in 2021. I did not like the food, they could do no right after that impression. But. My friend who came with me said the the food tasted 'as usual / normal' to him. So you be the judge
