The last few times i came here the fresh fruit was not that great. A few days ago when i gave it another shot the fruit was the worst i have ever seen, the watermelon was old and soggy the pineapple was old, the mango was very hard, unripe and cut into different sizes some being too big.. Also the strawberries were boarderline spoiled. I ended up with just a cup of plain yogurt. Very disappointed!
Only one person was helping everyone even though there were more than just that one person. The person working with everyone was great but she was trying to rush to help everyone since there were many people. Katherine was amazing with everyone in the store and she made each cup look good. Katherine deserves a raise!
It was just ok. I'll stick with Sweet Frogs.
The machines never works. Every. Single. Time. For the past two weeks my husband and I have tried going in but can never get any flavors we like. You’d figure frozen yogurt being the only thing they sell that their machines would work. Menchies is much better

The man Kyle who served my family was very very nice. He was organized in getting all 4 of our frozen yogurts made and very patient with my children (all 3). Was pleasantly surprised to receive such great service. The flavors offered were not my family’s favorite, but we still had a very enjoyable experience.
