Ordered online around 4:30pm and scheduled it to be picked up at 5:15pm. Got there during my lunch break at 5:35pm and it wasn't ready, so I waited. Food was finally ready at 6:00pm. The whole time, a couple of employees were at the front on their phones since it wasn't busy. Definitely a great use of company time. Wingstop employees tend to take their sweet time which is why I put the pick up time much earlier than my lunch. If you want your food to be ready almost an hour after your pick up time (or an hour and a half after you ordered it) go here. :)
You guys need to stop treating the dashers who go there like thieves. What the hell is wrong with you guys? Maria, you can't expect people to show you their personal items. It's MY phone. And If I don't want to show you MY phone. I don't have to. I am going there again whenever I want to get my orders. You're awful for treating EVERY ONE of us like thieves just because other people do it. Disgusting. Next time I'm going in, and yeah I'll confirm the order for ya sure. but you're not going to see my phone. We'll have a great time with customer support waiting again while the customers food gets cold. Brilliant.
I love going to Wingstop and this is by far one of my favorite locations to visit! The crew is always welcoming!

I ordered online and went to the location. When I gave my name, I was told it would take 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, they said another 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and gave my name again. They found my order on the shelf that was sitting there for over 10 minutes!!!! When I said it was sitting there the whole time i was waiting, employee said thank you and good night and abrubtly walked away. Nothing was done. Food was cold and fries were soft. I usually give restaurants and stores the benefit of the doubt, but not this time. I will not be coming back to this or any other Wingstop in the future.
Lady at the counter was very slow and seemed like it was annoying her to have us there ordering. Cost of wings is high also have to pay for ranch only wing place I know of that charges for ranch. Wings were mediocre and that's being generous.
The food is always good and decent thankfully. But the only issue with this location is the time they take to put out orders. Reasonably I know wings are popular in the AV and there always busy with orders after orders.But is there really an excuse or reason when you make a pick up order online and get confirmation it'll be ready in 20 minutes. I already know it won't be ready in that time but is close to 1 hour and 40 minutes really acceptable?Still a good location and way better than the east side Avenue S location.

Our food was 35 minutes late and the driver act like it was our fault. The food was ice cold. I couldn't eat it I threw it away. Money wasted. Don't eat here!!
