Only the second time eating at a Wendy's.Good burger.Unlike its competitors the fresh lettuce and onion crisp snap when you take a bite out of it out of it is wonderful.The fries are pretty good too.

My wife and I were celebrating our 16 year married and 17 years together. 4-22-22 we went on line and purchased tickets for "everything everywhere all at once" along with a large popcorn ans large drink. The movie started at 10 something pm and we ended up not being able to make it. We figured if we went in and spoke to a manager the next day, it would be an easy fix. We DIDN'T want money back. We just want what we already paid for. The Popcorn we didn't eat, the drink we didn't drink, and the movie we didn't watch. I have seen people get vouchers for unpleasant experiences here before. I've also seen dropped popcorn be replaced without question. However after politely explaining our situation to the manager she says there is nothing she can do, and that they can't just hand out tickets or issue refunds. She said we have to call corporate. I asked if that has worked for people in the past as far as she is aware and she said yes. So my wife and I go back to the parking lot to call corporate. My wife is on hold for 20 min before a weird and clearly inappropriate conversation begins to come through in french. It's a man's voice and he sounded as if he was on a call with someone we couldn't here. I then called the same number on my phone to make sure we wouldn't get disconnected. At this point my wife had been waiting through a high call volume for over 30 min and I was on hold for 13 min. I went back in to the theater while on hold to show the manager it isn't working. She came out of office and rolled her eyes clearly annoyed but I don't think she expected me to be there watching when she opened the door. She proceeded to tell me the same thing and it's as if we are going in circles. Finally she says i'll give you passes for today but in the future we will have to go through corporate, but wait we paid for popcorn too! She says sorry you'll have to call corporate for the popcorn and drink. Absolutely ridiculous! What's the point in having an onsite manager if they are good for nothing. Still haven't gotten through to corporate. This was an unnecessary stressful situation that could have been easily fixed. Oh and we still haven't been able to get though top corporate, But maybe that was another lie like when she said she couldn't give out passes.?

Went thru the drive thru last night about 11/11:30pm with 7 teenage boys, I know, what could you possibly be thinking, are you serious? ?Lol. The boys ordered, I proceeded to try and collect all the money from everyone, drove up to the window to pay and of course I was short..lol..so I figured I would just pay for the order with my credit card...well I was at my limit so of course my card was declined..(I live on the edge) lol..in the meantime the drive thru line was growing by the minute, I have teenage boys trying to figure out how they could have possibly shorted me with the cash they handed me..lol..I thought I would LOSE MY MIND!!! We ended up finally paying for the order. The lovely cashier at the window couldn't have been more patient, she handled us with such kindness..what GREAT SERVICE! I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HER PATIENCE. And of course I searched this morning for my receipt so I would have her employee number or name, lost.. however, I want her boss to know that she is an exceptional employee she is..MAYBE A RAISE!!?? THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH FOR PUTTING UP WITH US!

Fast food and great service! Line went pretty quick, friendly staff. I couldn't ask for more from Wendy's.

Honestly breakfast is the best decision Wendy's has ever made. The bacon egg and Swiss croissant and maple bacon chicken croissant are to die for. The breakfast potato wedges are fantasticly crispy and if left in a warm car will stay crispy for half the day.

Got dinner and it was great Alexis was great wish i could've gave her a tip she was very nice and had a good attitude I went through the drive thru

The service when I visited this Wendy's was great. I know every Wendy's is probably the same, but this Wendy's was the first time I ever tried their chilli and their grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was not bad, the chilli was surprisingly good, and the crew was cheerful and helpful even at midnight. Great job y'all, def makes up for Wendy's TERRIBLE COMMERCIALS. I will never forgive Wendy's for the "memer" commercial from like 5 years ago. Your marketing dept brought a curse of a thousand years on your brand with that one.

Two vehicles in line before me … took 20 mins to get my food … burger and fries. Burger was dry and fries were so salty both items inedible. Manager who had zero customer service skills pushed out my food. TBH I haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in a long time and was ready to give it a fresh new try. Beyond disappointing.

Usually really good. Just don't order the chili to go. They will not close the lid and it will get all over your bag and other items. It is also aggressively mid. Love their new fries though!

Considering the short amount of time they've been there, this place is still really good. The food is pretty consistent, and the deals are great for the money. Only complaints are that twisty drive-thru, and their proximity to the Vallarta market/parking lot, but the employees are always spot on, and the design choice wasn't theirs. Plus, we finally have a Wendy's on the Eastside.
