My husband and I enjoy eating here. Service and food is great. We have never had a bad meal or experience here and we have been coming pre-civid, covid and after.
Very good customer service. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Order was correct and on point, nothing to complain about. Is going to be almost 4 years since started going here, and so far the place has been great.
Food was very good and our waitress was extremely kind and helpful even though we were there close to closing time and she had a LONG day. We appreciated her so much. I just wish I could remember her name. ?
The waitress was cool and I Had a mixed salad with 10 pieces of chicken wings. The presentation of wings I rate a 1 being they had the dressing spilled over some of the wings and the carrots and celery were still wet from being washed. But on a good note the wings were good the salad had a lot of old yellow pieces and needed to be cut up prior to eating being the lettuce was all large pieces buy tasty.
I'd give it zero stars if possible. They weren't busy, but we waited to get our order taken but the server took the next table who were seated after us, and then chatted for a while, put their order in, got their drinks, then disappeared again, never acknowledging us or even saying hi. We kept waiting but realized she wasn't coming to take our order lolSo bummed!!!!! I love Primos on Valley Central Way in contrast ❤️
Went here for lunch. Ordered the southwestern chicken salad. It was amazing and had lots of chicken. My sister had the steak taco salad and it was just as good. Our meal came quickly and customer service was super. Will definitely go back.
The rolled silverware the server put on our table fell on the floor when they moved our table. They didn't replace it. So we had floor silverware. Which was really gross. The server took our used glasses back to the kitchen to refill our drinks instead of giving us new glasses (during a pandemic). I only ordered dessert. It was very nice looking. The waffle was delicious! But the ice cream tasted like freezer burn. I couldn't eat it. Not the worst service I've received but pretty lousy. Especially for a Thursday night. One of my friends never even got her water after asking several times. The sever seemed new cause she didn't know how to make a cherry Pepsi. I would give it another try. I just don't recommend getting anything with ice cream. And bring your own silverware lol!!!
