Big menu! Had the bacon burger combo and burger and fries were hot and very good. Very generous with the burger toppings. Server came around frequently to check up on us. Very nice place that I will return to again.
The service was great. A little frustrated that I had to wait after the other food was brought out to get my food. Food was good.
The best place to have a simple burger and fries but the fries may not be up to my standards but are still fresh and good to eat with family members to to go. It’s cool to call in for a order to just skip the line I’m happy with the place even after many years here. I recommend this place to anyone that has a breakfast, lunch craving in the day. The place has tables inside and outside and everything you need to relax and that’s all for what I have it’s just a good place.
Increased the price of the pastrami sandwich by $2.70 to $11.99 but didn't change the menu. The menu says it is $9.29. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier he told me it was because of the tax, then he said it was because I added cheese. He didn't understand that it was the price of the sandwich I was talking about. I was in a hurry and couldn't wait for a manager. You can't increase your prices and not change the menu.
Love Tom's especially dining inside. They check on you to see if you need anything as if you were at a fine dining restaurant. Food is always great! They toast my bun with butter as I request.
Husband and I went to Tom's 27, and we experienced what I believe to be racism. We were the only black couple in there. We walked the counter, made our purchase and were given a number to take to our table. Another family, walked in shortly after us. At least, 45 minutes we waited. As we were waiting, we noticed the Hispanic family that came in after us was al ready eating. The lady who took our money at the cash register was even looking around and noticed we had not been served yet. She went over to the cook and was looking at the ticket. We got up went to the cashier got our money back and left. We will not be going back
I went this morning in a rush trying to get something to eat, I thought drive thru would be faster so I went in the drive thru. Man was I wrong. The drive thru was empty yet it took long, then once I did get my food the girl working was rude, maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. I like coming to Toms I hope I don’t encounter this again.
This is the second time that my friends and I order from here and both times the food has either not shown up complete or not as ordered. This time they forgot an Horchata, an RC Cola, an order of fries and 2 of the fries that we did get, arrived under cooked. The Sprite that I ordered tasted more like Soda Water than Sprite. Oh and mind you, this is after we got a call about having to cancel our first order tonight because they didn't have 2 of the items in the order.
Somethings always wrong when i come here so this time will have been my last. I had to take back a food item because it was made so bad, i hate doing that and i rarely do it. I was really nice about it but the guy helping me was rude like i was taking money from his check by bringing it back. He even went as far as to check the food after talking back and fourth with me. All to see if what i was saying was true as if his opinion would change my mind. He also tried to tell me something that made no since. Not knowing im a chef, not that i judge toms to some kind of high standard but you never know who you're dealing with. Just be a decent person.
Good food. Big portions. Customer service lacks and clean up crew is unresponsive. Sometimes you have to clean your own table. Better to get take out
