I was badly burned by a way-too-hot latte on 4/19.When I reached to pick the cup up, the top came off and splashed on my hand. It burned so badly, I screamed. The girl at the counter looked at me and said “oh, did the top come off? They do that sometimes.” My boyfriend had to ask for some ice. She handed me a scoop of ice in a paper towel and walked away. No apology, no concern. I was hurting so much that I was shaking.When I looked at the lid, it was warped from being too hot.I reached out to both the store & support and was told I would receive a follow up. It has now been weeks and I have not been contacted- not even to say that they will train employees on this sort of situation. The drink should have never been that hot to begin with! That is such a safety violation and can potentially majorly harm someone. The employees attitudes towards a situation like this were disheartening.I will update this review if I hear back or take further action.
I don’t really go to Coffee Bean and the time that I did go, I honestly felt like the man (owner/manger I don’t know) was gonna hit us with the broom. He legit look so upset and would not stop looking at us , I understand customer service isn’t fun all the time, but at least be grateful we decided to go to your shop! But after this never again, I will stick to my usual place. I do wanna add the girls that were there (employees) we very nice.
We've been huge fans of The Coffee Bean for years! But they have joined the recent price-gouging revolution, and it's now nearly $5 for a tea latte! They've also reduced the quality - that $5 drink has tasted like water the last two times I've bought them. VERY sad that our usual "treat" place is no longer worth the $$$. We'll be supporting locally-owned coffee shops from here on out, where they put the appropriate effort into quality products at reasonable prices.
For February 3rd 2022. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a great coffee shop. I remember my first time coming here was on that Unforgettable date that I had with palomita. But that was years ago and this is now. I really enjoy their caramel Blended iced coffee. There's so much to choose from and the excellent service is very noticeable. Very friendly from the moment I walked into the very moment I walked out. Lots of "thank you" and lots of "have a good day". I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoyed my Blended iced caramel coffee.

The store is nice and so are the workers. Quick and sweet people. I was in and out in a few minutes. Good dirty chai latte and I love their containers of tea packets. The packaging is good and the teas are of good quality.
Way better than Starbucks! Wow! Wish there was an one in my hometown.
