What's the point of ordering ahead to skip the line if your order was suppose to be ready 30 minutes ago? Throw that entire Starbucks crew away and start over!
I love Starbucks . But this one was by far the worst one I have ever been too!! The girls in there are absolutely the rudest baristas have I ever encountered!! Will definitely never go to that one again!!
Typical Starbucks. Clean, friendly and quick service. Music was a bit loud.
Made a mobile order before leaving my house. 2 drinks. Order said it will be ready at 733. Get there and they only have 1 of my drinks ready. The guy I did not get his name. Said you're waiting for 1 and continued to start other orders and not work on mine. Why is one of my drinks ready and not the other but instead of finishing my order you decided to work on other orders. I understand it gets super busy but this is the 2nd time this location does this.
We stopped at this Starbucks when driving through Palmdale for coffee and it took nearly an hour for them to prepare 3 drinks. We watched everyone who ordered after us get their drinks and leave. If we weren't so tired from the drive we would have noticed sooner. When we finally noticed and asked about our drinks they got really snippy and said, "everyone is still waiting for their drinks you need to be patient." I let them know how long we have been waiting and that we just watched two people who ordered after us get their drinks. They then looked up when we ordered and immediately started to make our order. There was no apology for the inconvenience. Would not recommend this location to anyone who is looking for good customer service.
Friday night 6pm ish, there was noone in the drive thru and only 2 people waiting for their order with no line to order and 3 workers. I still waited 12 minutes to receive my order (which was 1 drink) and that's extremely unacceptable
