I went to get some Coffee drink with espresso in it and they ended up giving me a drink that was mostly creamer/ milk and very little Coffee. I was very upset my drink looked nothing like the pictures they advertised up there. Beware of this place they rather give you creamer than Coffee here. I had to specifically tell them to give me an iced Coffee with a "splash" of creamer and they still gave me a lot of creamer. Just save the trip and go to another location out of target.
My first review for the year January 1st 2022. And of course I'm at Starbucks coffee. The Starbucks is located in east Palmdale in the Target shopping center. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoy my coffee here. The customer service is good and the place is kept clean. It is very festive in a lovely music to play in the background during this time. Thank you so much for all the great coffee and the great service.

Long drive thru lines, literally just spent 40 minutes in line for 1 drink. Not friendly, no apology, no explanation and no receipt offered. Obviously a management issue for sure. Will be cold day in hell before I return here.

Worst customer service... Plus they didn't make our drinks correctly. Lover of Starbucks, but I'm never going to this location.
Normally they are amazing. But today when I went into the store to pick up my mobile order it was not good. They have alphabet slots where they put your order. Which is amazing to help with contact less pick up. But today I go in no one's orders are in the alphabet slots they are all just piled up at the pick up counter. This was disappointing to see. Hopefully management can get them back in order. ???
