Friendly staff and in the AM I’m in and out the drive through fairly quickly.
Review for January 2nd 2021. Starbucks Coffee. What a wonderful place. The people here are wonderful and courteous and very helpful. They always get my coffee right. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely love the coffee here. Especially when I used my gift card that would give it to me for Christmas. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back
Only giving three stars because one of the ladies at the (in-person) order counter, a tall black lady, was nice, helpful, and a generally great employee. (Speaking of which, if anyone knows exactly who she is, give her my commendations.) Other than that, though, the two Pistachio Lattes I ordered from here did not have much, if *any*, of the actual taste of pistachios. Indeed, they tasted almost only like bland milk, and in which I had to put additional sugar *at home* in order for it to have *any* real taste. Furthermore, the service was, overall, dismal. I will not be coming back here again for a while...IF EVER.
I had to share the experience I had at the local Starbucks . I waited in a long line to not receive any items . As I got to the window I asked if I could reload my Starbucks card . The barista said they could not take my bills because it’s a large bill . I go to this Starbucks all the time I never heard no one tell me that they could not accept my bill can’t be accepted if you are reloading. There needs to be signs saying no large bills accepted if it’s true that Starbucks does not accept it .

We bought 2 coffee lattes there and both of them were completely burnt out . It was awful. We asked to remake coffees, they were a little bit better but still burnt out. I will not recommend this Starbucks. I have no idea why their coffee that awful ?
Friendly cashier and the experience here is good. Amazing menu and the place was clean.
Drinks were great but service was very slow waited almost half an HR in drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me.
The wait in the lobby is horrible. It took me almost 30 minutes to get my 1 drink. There were only 2 people ahead of me . But the mobile order and drive through quickly got there drinks.Then the 1 person making the drinks apologies for your 30 minute waitPoor service
Rude!!! I called for 3 days just to ask a simple question. After calling back to back for about 30 minutes they finally decided to answer the phone but did not say anything and put the phone down. Then I called back and they answered the phone and just hung it right back up.
