TL:DR - Good people, but you'll need luck to get what you want, or really, anything at all.I've never had a problem with rude employees here. They've always been nice and cool to talk too. However, the store is often closed during the hours of business posted here and on Yelp. And there's also about 50/50 chance of them not having what I want or screwing it up and I generally order very simple things. Also, if you come after dark, you'll have to use the hidden side door. The front one may or may not be locked. There won't even be a sign posted to let you know to use the secret entrance. I'm pretty sure it's a game played by bored employees to laugh about how many customers are going to struggle with a locked door while the store is open or go sit in an empty drive thru when the store is closed but supposed to be open.
Review for March 6th 2022. Starbucks Coffee located in east Palmdale California in the Vallarta Supermarket Shopping Center. Customer service is excellent here I was attended well and can read it kindly. I had a large coffee Pike and it was hot as expected. I really do appreciate customer service as well as quality products. Thank you so much for staying open during these tough times and thank you so much for the service and hot coffee I received today. Keep up the great work.
They ask u to wear a mask to drink a drink like wth. How does that make any sense? U walk in have a mask on then u take it off. But someone can't walk in. And out to just pick up a drink? Hmmm
Cashier has bad attitude...And she prepared drinks with one glove on hand and the other one without a glove... and also mopping and making drinks at the same time....
Best coffee just the smell alone makes me happy
We were not given straws, even after requesting them. Everything else was great though!

Horrible customer service, the two in front could have put more effort. Laughing at messing up someone’s order is for sure rude.

I usually don’t write anything but I have to let others know and more if the boss see this because they are loosing a lot of customers.. I come here almost everyday and buy lots of drinks spend like $20-$60 every time I come and not counting my family!!!!Now they don’t want divide a tranta drink into 2 cups, they see you have lot of drinks and they get mad of serving them, they rush you in the drivetrhu sometimes in rude way, they don’t care if you tell them they argue with their customers, I have come at drive thru 10:20 they close at 10:30 and they just don’t want to sell they said they are close ??? I don’t know it’s because they know me I buy lots of drinks but hello it’s $60 dollars who would it be happy to have a customer that spends that money! That’s because they are not the ones loosing the owner is the one loosing not them they don’t care if customer leave... and I don’t feel confortable coming anymore!!! And I am not saying all of the workers here are like that but their is like 2 lady’s the rest are awesome!!!
