Every time I go here the service is extremely slow, and that would make you think that they are working hard and you get your food hot and crispy. But usually by the time I receive my food its warm but its clearly been sitting out for a while. I believe they over-prepare food like they have an in-n-out line waiting through the door, but there's usually not. And then it makes me wonder if all this food is ready and waiting why does it take so long to get my order. They are often out of things when I get there too.Normally we could blame bad service due to lack of employees but When I went in I counted 10 people behind the counter and in the back. All seemingly busy. So IDK how many people it takes to successfully run a popeyes but this is just really bad.The normal person would say stop getting it, but sometimes they surprise us with normal service and my wife loves Popeyes so... we end up going here. I really wish it was better. Such a shame...
Me and my mom went in to get chicken sandwiches in the drive thru. It was either the choice of original or spicy. We both ordered original. When we got home, they gave us both spicy. My mom went back to change them, but I didn’t go with her. She came back and said the lady working there gave a rude reply just to switch our spicy sandwiches to the original even though the mistake was on their end. She told my mom, “why didn’t you check them when you got them”. Ummm we shouldn’t need to check our food if it should of been right the first time we ordered them. Never coming back to this location.
This location canceled my doordash order at 1000 when I put the order in at 0945ish with my driver waiting for my order.. Don’t confirm doordash orders if you’re just gonna cancel it. Waited that time for nothing where I could’ve ordered from somewhere else. Wasted the DD’s time as well. Scummy spot.
I had a bad experience this time with the food. The chicken was so overcooked, it was hard to bite. It seemed as if it had been sitting there for a while. It's pretty disappointing to pay $27.99 plus tax for a 10 piece meal that wasn't enjoyable. Not to mention I had waited in the drive thru for a good 30 minutes so you would expect to have freshly cooked chicken. I will never go to this location again.
Manager super rude - the rest of the employees were nice helping out and This lady telling me the lobby was closed even though I was being help out already and the doors were open and no sign on the doors - shouldn’t be a manager with that attitude - don’t recommend this place at night ( wish I got her name ) just use drive through or go to another location if you really want Popeyes . She just came to the front to tell me that and left - wow .
My order was not prepared correctly. I was asked to park while it was corrected.They forgot about me in the parking lot. Had to call and go inside to get my order. At this point my order was cold!!! Did not enjoy eating cold food. I will never return to this location in Palmdale CA located on Trade Center Drive!!!!
Their drive through takes forever and the employees make you wait when ordering. When receiving my order they did not include all the items I ordered. The chicken I did receive was extremely dry and overcooked.
Never fails! You order one thing and when you get home you get the opposite and if it's not that they stingy with condiments! Check your order before you leave people!!!
Chicken was great!! However I paid $28 and the sides I ordered they literally gave just a Tablespoon of Mac & Cheese ..by the way that was an additional .50 cents. Beans and Rice...smh same thing only a Tablespoon..smh
This location gave everyone in my family food poisoning and refused to refund the product unless I had it to return. Dirty location and filthy employees (note) we also waited for an absurd amount of time for our order.
