I walked in proceeded to pick up my order the gentleman told me he could not find my order come to find out I ordered to the wrong one he was very helpful about the whole situation I was a little embarrassed but everyone was really friendly inside Had a nice vibe going on good music everyone in a cheerful upbeat moodDefinitely gonna order my pizza to the correct one next time
My order was delivered to the wrong address and when I called to complain I was made to feel like a liar. I am a Healthcare worker and have no need to lie over a $20 pizza. We waited almost 2hrs for a pizza that never came. I reached out to the manager who offered to prepare a new pizza and have it delivered which I declined. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting on an email stating my order was canceled a day later. I am extremely disappointed with customer service and I will take this to corporate.
Pizza tastes good but I ordered a Hawaiian style pizza, and basically got a cheese pizza due to really low toppings added.
The pizza and wings were delicious and well made, did curbside pick up and in less then 1 min our food was being brought out to us Great customer service when we called in to let them know we're outside.
Drove 20 min to this location to pick up my order, but when I went inside to pay for my food the cashier tells me they don't have any more "rectangulars." I asked her what that meant and she said they don't have anymore "rectangular-cut pizza dough" so they couldn't complete my order/make my pizzas. She also claims that someone had tried calling me but no answer. Which is a lie bc I had no missed calls. I left irritated. Won't be coming back to this location ever again
Maybe deliver the right order. I ordered a LG pizza and 6 traditional hot wings. I got 10 lemon pepper wings and a semi cold pizza for $33.
Food was delicious and everything was on point too perfection, give staff my compliments.
I like the making your own pizza. I love the garlic buttery blend on my crust and i get as many toppings as i want. The wings are prettt good. You should work on pasta more its a bit blehh. Other than that pretty good pizza and people are cool.

Customer service was great. But I had to have 3 pizzas delivered because the first 2 were so poorly made. Sloppy, not fully cooked and way to much sauce. I did ask for extra sauce but it was way over the top. The cheese was not melted. The crust was uncooked flat and when u picked the pizza up everything just fell off of it. It was a mess. It looked like it was thrown around as well. But again customer was great. They replaced it until they got it right. They did the best they could without arguing with me or being frustrated. They were very nice. I give 2 stars for customer service
