Curbside here is pretty bad.I arrive, and everyone parked at the curbside pickup are eating in. How do I know? Because none came back out with bags of food. You know what would be nice? Some communication. After I was finally able to park in the curbside, I waited. And waited and waited. The app glitched out and wouldn't work. So after awhile, I decide to go inside to see what is going on. They're out of one of the items and waiting for it to be made. Meanwhile, the other items in my bags have gone from hot to room temperature.

They've drastically increased their prices - a You Pick Two (TINY cup of soup and half a sandwich) is nearly $15! Then they didn't even put any meat on our Turkey Avocado BLTs. It was a pickup order so we didn't notice the error until we got home (20 minutes away, so not worth driving back to the store). We won't be eating at Panera Bread again - we'll spend our money at locally-owned restaurants who actually make an effort to provide quality food at reasonable prices.

Place looked great nice clean except the vents ! Decent amount of product left at 830pm great job ! Thank you DLO

The wait to place order is too long for coffee membership and receiving coffee and creamers to go. Also need self service like other locations.

The service and food was awesome. But costly. So if you can afford it the broccoli cheese soup is wonderful.

I work in customer service personally and I know the difference between genuinely kind people and the “customer service kind” people. This gentleman Devonte helped me out today and was so kind and he made sure my order was correct through the whole process and even asked me how my work day was going. And I just thought it was nice to be asked that because most people just try and rush through ordering. I come here often and he’s the nicest person I’ve met at this Panera

This place was okay. I had the bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese cost more than the bagel. It came in a prepackaged container. It was marginal at best. Not a great value.

They did not have the first 5 things we ordered, which were all on the menu (on the wall). We stood in a very slow line, choosing our items based on what was posted. They should at least make a note, on the wall! The baked items were good, the other stuff...not so good. The cashier didn't even apologize. It will be a really long time before I come back.

Panera Bread has the potential to be a five-star lunch experience. They just need a few tweaks. For instance, when somebody orders a bread bowl full of soup , there should be a far more generous amount soup in there as the bread is going to absorb the majority of it. And it should be piping hot not lukewarm. When somebody orders an apple, cut it up, Don't just slap a whole apple on there Is if you just got lunch at the school cafeteria. But most importantly, the customer service needs attention. It's robotic and cold.If the food wasn't decent here I wouldn't come here at all.Something to think about... you could go either way in this place. One could either make a few tweaks to improve or your one bad apple away from somebody never coming back.
