The food is okay, the problem was with the little girl that took my order through the intercom. I say little girl because that is the way she projected herself by the way she chose to speak to a customer. It's alright to have a bad day but workers should never let it influence the way they treat the people that keep them employed. Especially when I was absolutely no way rude or impolite to her at all.The girl who handed me the food was polite, the issue was with the person who took my order.
By far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to the girl in the drive-thru is so rude with attitude. When you go through the Drive-thru expect the worst that they got.Today I got the most nasty chow main I have ever had it seemed as if they gave me all the bottom left overs which is basically the cabbage and small chow main that is left on the bottom of the trays my kids were disgusted with what we got.
I needed to use the restroom before I made my purchase so when I asked for the code I was questioned if I was going to make a purchase. I was so bothered by that. There were no signs posted that the restroom were for customers only. I made a purchase but will think twice about returning.
Manager Giselle G. needs help with her attitude, professionalism and customer service. She should not be working drive-thru if she cannot understand what people are telling her through thee intercom. She has no patience. And the fact that she got upset that we had to repeat ourselves was ridiculous. She had an attitude from the gecko and was definitely taking it out on the customer. Speak to people the way you want to be spoken too. Especially at your job. Train yourself again girly.
