very rude and didn’t put what I ordered they try to do everything fast even when they have no people the lady was very very rude and very bad customer service DO NOT GO HERE !
My family and I went in this store at 9:15pm on Friday April 30th and the girl working at the counter wasn't happy to see a customer she told us that the kitchen was closed and the only available food was what they already had out. There was no food at all so we decided to leave. Not sure why the kitchen would be closed 40 minutes before closing time with no food out for customers.
I ordered a family meal from panda I always order from until today my son was eating the fried rice and there was a piece of nail in his food he said look a piece of nail so we stopped eating and call the manager to this place and she said she won’t give us a refund unless I take it in person my wife just had surgery and that’s the reason why I am not leaving her the manager was very rude though said she can give me a refund only for the rice but I need to take it in this was so disturbing and gross ?
Don't mind waiting for fresh food but if I'm patient and not rude like the customers before and after me... I'd think they'd give me my whole order instead of giving me an incomplete order with missing items.

Lupe is so rude. She doesn't fill the containers all the way. She is a lazy rude thief. We won't ever go back.
Very rude people. I order a large entree and they got my order wrong. I did not notice until I got home. So I called to ask if I bring it back would they give me the right order lady said no not with out a receipt. Even though I was just there not even 15 minutes have gone by and they still would not unless I had a receipt. That is not how you handle customer service. I just wanted them to correct it
