It's very rare that I'm ever craving Tommy's or come to Tommy's but since it's Father's day and they had a bogo special on the burgers and my bf wanted Tommy's, I came to the establishment.I drove up around 6pm and I was the only one in line, I placed my order.I ordered one bogo special, one root beer float and an order of chili cheese fries. Nothing complicated or special about it.(I just told the girl taking my order to add extra mayo on the burgers and no pickles please. ) The girl REPEATED my order than told me to pull up to the window for my total.As I pulled up, the girl who took my order, was chit chatting with another female worker, I didn't think much and I proceeded to wait untill she acknowledged me.She than told me my total then I asked her if I can get a regular Pepsi added to my order and she did. She then gave me my total, which was about It was $19 and change.Then another customer pulled up and she told him if he can hold/give her a second.She then turns around and continues to talk to the female coworker and made a remark about the customer waiting in the drive through line behind me. (Something along the lines of "oh you know how men are, can't wait, I already told him to wait."I just sat there flabbergasted that she made that remark knowingly or unknowingly that the drive through window was open and that I heard her remark. (The remark probably isn't much, but it's still rude especially when other customers are around to hear you.)Her female friend/coworker then takes over the register and she gave me my card back. I asked her if I can have mustard and peppers as she gave me my soda.Then I wait about five minutes and another fella comes and is about to hand me another soda when I told him "I already have my drink, I just need the root beer float and food.The second girl comes to the window said that it wasnt part of my order. ??The guy asked if I still wanted the float and I said "of course!" I then hand her my card once more as she charges me for the float.?At this point there's already about three cars behind me. Smh.Honestly, Idk if it was because they were young or what, but wow!!!I honestly don't see myself coming back, and if I do, it's because my bf loves Tommy's lol.
The food is delicious don't get me wrong prices are a little bit high but the girls working here are so slow You guys need to fire this staff and hire some new people the ladies inside are super slow you guys literally only make hamburgers and hot dogs it should not take 45 minutes for me to get a number one If one of the girls took a little bit more time on I'm on getting the food together instead of worrying about her 3' long eyelashes I think it would probably go a little fasterThis is supposed to be fast food if I did not already pay I would have gone across the street to Wendy's If I've could have given you 0 stars I definitely would've they would have like I said though the food is really good it's just a staff
Tommy isn't Tommy's anymore. The hot dogs have a very strong smoked taste that over powers the chili, at times their buns don't cut it, they fall apart or the chili is too dry. I understand prices have gone up, but for this experience it's too much.
I have only been to this location once so I can’t speak to its consistency but the one time I went here was the best Tommy’s I’ve had in years and i eat a good amount Tommy’s. I usually go to the scv one and that one isn’t very consistent and I’ve never gotten as much chili on my burger and fries as this place. My motto is you can never have too much chili and this place delivered! Sometimes it’s so bad at the scv one I barley get any chili.
I love coming to Tommy’s in Palmdale!!! The food is great and fresh. Fries are always hot and crispy. The staff is friendly and helpful and they always have lobby/restroom clean. A great family restaurant to go to.
They were very good excellent customer service. They handled our order good. I absolutely love coming here to eat!!!
Omg this is a Southern California MUST! We love Tommy's! It's one of our favorites to visit every time! I'll admit.. it looks pretty unappealing.. but its so yummy!
Bad experience. I was charged separately for each of my items when clearly we asked for meals. When Manager came to the window she immediately came with a bad attitude trying to have the last word. I was missing 2 fries. You don't give bad service to your customers just because you want to have the last word. Would of been a 1 star but the girl who helped us after the Manager was very nice and apologized on her behalf. Won't be coming here for a long time.
Tommy's is a great chili franchise burger and hot dog fast food joint... the food is yummy and super tasty. And the people working were quite friendly
I took my clients in for lunch (group of 9) the staff here was amazing the manager Mr E was the cashier and took very good care of us we appreciate the great service. The restaurant was clean ? thank you Mr E and team
