Food didn't taste good. Even rice tasted as if it was a left over from couple of days ago. For the price they charged, they could've provided some real utensils and plates. Only nice thing was the workers.
The staff was friendly some of the food wasn't up to my standards but it is fast food my wife asked for pico de gallo and he gave her hot pico de gallo
The food is good. The only issue is don't bother calling in your order, you will be told that your order will not be made until you get there.I realized when I arrived as to why. It only takes 10 minutes for your food to be made.It's a good thing because your meal is fresh.
Ordered 2 orders of the cheese enchilada plate. Got home and both orders were meat. The meat tasted horrible !. They constantly screw up orders. I like thier rice and beans and they are close and convenient but, They've just messed up way to many time's.
Was in the drive thru yesterday and ordered or at least thought I ordered 2 of the 3 taco combo plates and when I got to the window they only charged me for one but then asked me pay for the other one when it was their mistake not mine. Terrible service
So me and my parents have ate here a lot, went there today, sat down and there was a cockroach walking around on the wall right next to our table. We got up and moved and the table and chairs were so wobbly. We were eating and then there comes again the cockroach. My dad told the worker that was cleaning and she just dismissed it and did nothing about it ? The food taste was alright. The taquitos were way overcooked even the cashier asked the guy why they looked so dark. Let the workers know that there was no soap in the bathroom either, not sure if they fixed that. The place was just overall super dirty. I'm sure if the health inspection would have been then and there today they would have got a bad grade!
I'm not too much into burgers. This food is Fast, Good, & inexpensive!
Orders steak flautas through the drive thru today. Something smelt off as I drove home. Get home my child opens up the dish and starts eating. I sit down and the smell is worse. I stop her eating more and I examine the food. The meet in the flautas was 100% rotten and then deep deep fried and then put into the tortillas. You can smell the vomit rotten and see the meet and fat is sticky and gray. I called and no manager is in and nobody knows when they'll be in. Was given a number to Araceli and dial it voice-mail said Sarah. Im beyond discussed. People in store ony willing to swap my order. No refund offered. Of course this happens on a federal holiday and the health department is closed. Don't come here. Needs to be shut down. We're not talking about meet that's nearing being bad but meat that's been forgotten about for a week or more and then was extra fried to try hiding that it was bad. But it's clear by anyone who's cooked its bad.
Drive through, had to repeat my order 3 times and when I got home my order was still not right. I should have checked 4th time before I drove off. ??
Recently got a wet burrito from here, and my green sauce tasted like they put cinnamon in it.. I was so disappointed
