Review for March 8th 2022. McDonald's located in West Palmdale on Rancho Vista Boulevard. This is a very friendly McDonalds. The people here are always very nice and courteous. The restaurant is well kept and very fast in service. I ordered a caramel frappe today and it was done quickly. Great spot to enjoy a hot coffee or a cold caramel frappe. Im not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoy caramel frappe. Thank you so much for the wonderful service in the Quick Service. Keep up the great work
Placed my order at the drive thru, paid for it and picked it up in about 10 minutes. It was great.
It was cool, my sister and I went to go do laundry and afterward we patted ourselves on the back with one of they're delicious combos...
This location sucks. Theyre not really ever that busy yet they still take forever to give your food and they dont even take it to you. Whether its to your table or your car for mobile order, they dont give it to you. You have to walk inside and grab it even if you check in at a parking space. Oh and they also mess up the order with incorrect items and cold food. Ive been to multiple mcdonalds and for the most part, theyre decent and even great. This location should be avoided or have a change in management and the rude employees.
Went right at 12 and received my order and the fries was cold and hard. Then the fries looked like they try to rewarm them they was so dark. I'm good on this McDonald's will not be coming back
I just came out of this McDonald’s for third time . First coffee was cold . Second coffee they just added hot water , so it tasted like water . I’m here with my third coffee it’s the cold left overs . I don’t think it’s worth to pay $2.50 for a coffee at McDonald’s when you can pay less at Starbucks with higher quality. WHILE I WAS THERE A COSTUMER CAME COMPLAINING

Purchased a Double Quarter Pounder with an extra patty, just before midnight on 12/2/21. The meat had no flavor at all and felt low quality and burned. I had a feeling I should have just thrown it out but I had paid almost $10 just for that sandwich so I forced myself to eat most of it on principle.Within a day I experienced symptoms of either food poisoning or a stomach bug, including diarrhea and fever and body aches. It is now 12/14/21 and my stomach has still not fully recovered and I'm still having headaches. Either the food is really low quality or someone didn't wash their hands or there are some other cleanliness issues going on at this location. Either way, I won't be spending another cent here. Learn from my mistake: if it doesn't taste right, it probably isn't right, especially at a McDonald's.
They just can't get your entire order into a bag. Multiple times ordering very simple items using the mobile app and they have left out items. It happens so frequently that it's incompetence and no longer just a "simple mistake." For mobile orders the payment is handled, the taking of the order is handled, all they have to do is put the items into a bag and they blow it nearly 100% of the time.
