They pay them $15/hr and they can't even get a 2 item order correct. Horrible service thru the drive-thru. The food was a stale bun and not hot. I should have taken a picture of the quarter pounder looked like it was thrown together. Never going back to the $hithole.
Is there a 0 star option? The service was awful and I was very patience waiting on 1 ten piece nuggets, a large slushie and 3 cookies. 48 mins later, nuggets were cold and hard, 20% of the slushie melted to sticky water and I lost my appetite. Inexperienced staff and prioritization wasn't there. Manager was seen in the back but kept sending the newest staff to the counter to deal with the lines of upset customers. Just bad customer service.

It wasn't busy and we ordered Breakfast because that's all they were serving at the time. The place was clean and it was quick to order and got our food pretty quick. Place was clean and cashier was nice.
The worst experience in a fast food restaurant. I have to wait 30 minutes for a happy meal...not sure what happen but I will never come back..
Idk why they call this “fast food”. On three occasions, I was in line for more than 20 minutes, lines were past the exit, and the staff aren’t even entertainjng us. Needs management changes.
Messed up my order, I confirm it in the first window, they tell me it's accurate, get to the second window and tell them they forgot my orange juice. They tell me it wasn't in the order and if I wanted to add something I had to go inside. This place has horrible customer service and the manager isn't helpful at all. If you hate your job, find a new one!!!
Terrible service 35 minute wait for 3 happy meals take out. I had even offered after 25 minutes to pack my own food. They had enough employee's, unorganized and refused to give another customer arefund because she was tied of waiting.
Great but a bit of a wait. They only take EBT inside the restaurant never in the drive-thru. Otherwise clean and efficient staff.
