I went today to this establishment and the guy at the drive thru was extremely rude. He told me to go somewhere else. He had the worst attitude from the time we pulled up. I didn't get to even order. Then when I called and asked for the corporate number they gave me a fake number. It's disgusting how they treat people. They will never get my business ever again. If this is how McDonald's train their employees it's very poor.

Poor customer service, unpleasant workers. I was served cold food and returned my order. Gustova was the cashier he needs to find another place of work because customer service is not for him. I wish I can give 0 reviews on this location.
The lady at the window wouldn't give me ketchup when I asked for it. After she finally gave me some she only handed 3 for 5 breakfast sandwiches. Asked for a few more and she roll her eyes and got mad. She acts like it comes out of her pocket. She's the only thing out of pocket. McDonald's check your employees.
Horrible service ! Cold fries , no sauce on Big Mack, two 6 piece chicken McNuggets also cold. Yes, and as a added bonus no napkins. Who’s running this place? I guess the Hamburglar.I’ve been coming here for years and the service continues to decline.I do not recommend this McDonald’s.
This location is horrible! The cashier either had poor customer service skills or doesn't understand English very well. Either way, she shouldn't be the one interacting with customers. I placed my order through the McDonald's app and when I arrived, I started telling the cashier my code. Before I finished, she cut me off and said, "yeah, we're making your food right now". She didn't look up my code or take my payment. Meanwhile I observed several transactions she made including one with an UberEats driver. He gave his code to her several times and she kept repeating it back to him incorrectly. My husband whom is partially deaf even heard the UberEats driver. The UberEats driver got so frustrated, that he literally should her the code written down on a piece of paper. She then pointed to a bag of food that was on the counter. After waiting for 15 minutes and not seeing my code on the prompter, I realized that my order was not being made and that the cashier had blatantly lied. So we left and I'm glad we did because we saw a rat near the drive thru. I will never go to this location again.
if waiting for FAST food for 30 minutes your idea of fast food, then you will be happy here. food and service Have deteriorated a lot
What I like about the McDonald's on Palmdale boulevard is that no matter what time of the day you go there's always a friendly faces to greet you from the speaker to where you order to where you pay to where you get your food I love it
Waited in about a 15 minute line at the speaker. No one bothered to answer our speaker though the other speaker seemed to be taking orders. Really awful service.. Finally drove away. Ate locally in Santa Clarita.
Review for December 19th 2021. McDonald's located on east Palmdale boulevard in east Palmdale California 93552. What can I say, I'm simply loving it. I'm not guilty, to say that I actually appreciate their service here. They are very nice and friendly and smiling all the time. Thank you for the hot coffee in a very cold Palmdale Sunday morning. I really appreciate your service and your excellent coffee. Thank you
