I’ve been wanting to try this fried chicken for a while. My son and I were curious since we see these all over South Central.Not the best fried chicken I’ve ever had but it’s okay, a cross between Stater Bros and Popeyes.The other issue was that they don’t take any type of plastic. Cash only, and be prepared to wait 20-25 for your food to be ready.
Good bang for your buck, very affordable even in these Brandon days.
Chicken wings were great as always and the seafood and chicken gumbo! Yummy!

Place is a dump very dirty staff extremely rude. Did not pay for order after I saw condition of store I can't believe that this place is open and why the inspector is not shutting this place down just from the dirt and grease all over kitchen. Anyway eat there at you own risk.b
After spending $30 and waiting 2 hours. I ordered fish & chips. I drove home just to find out they messed up my order. I only had fish!Won’t be coming here again.
Great chicken at this place. Much better than KFC in my opinion. This location is a cash only, take out only operation. Not the most stylish of places but the food is good. Large menu of items. Limited parking due to the small parking lot. We will return.
Chicken is awesome, but when you try to call to place an order they will not answer the phone. I have been there a few times and the phone just rings and rings and they will not answer.
This was my 1st and last time going to this particular Louisiana chicken location. Poor customer service. Long wait time for food. Chicken wasn't fully cooked. Dirty rice didn't have flavor.
