First off Ceasars pizza is disgusting and if you buy it you hate yourself. 2nd the workers there are awesome and none of you customers deserve their service. These are people too! and for God sakes its only pizza so get ahold of yourself before flying off the handle. If Pizza is going to make or break your day you need counseling. Thank you little Ceasars employees for your service. Your employer needs to appreciate and celebrate you guys more.
It’s April 22nd Friday early evening went to pick up my order they must have been short staffed cause there was only one guy working there, he was swamped and was so nice And apologetic, it a took more time but it was worth it, pizza was hot and Delicious, and you can’t beat the price❣️
Came in no pizzas were ready placed my order got my hot pizza 10 min later was bomb! I don’t know what y’all are complaining about. Employees are above and beyond PERIOD. Some addict lady came in with her 2 kids gave the employee attitude and lied about some promo to try and get free breadsticks. This dude put up with her attitude gave her the breadstick no charge and ON TOP OF THAT this lady after complaining had the audacity to ask if she can give him five dollars in change and get a bill back AND TO MY DISBELIEF this dude said yes. Y’all have it lucky out here QUARTZ HILL that wouldn’t fly in Pacoima
Spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to even take my order. Three employees came up to the front and straight up ignored me just put boxes in the heaters up front and walked into the back again.
Went in for a pizza, crazy bread, and some wings. Got home and the wings were cold as hell and seemed like they were sitting out for a while. then the “crazy” bread was COVERED in butter or garlic sauce or whatever. disgusting.
Can someone tell me WHY Little Caesars has gone up on their prices all the while making their pizzas way too small? I promised my family pizza. Went to another spot with disastrous results so I wound up going to LC right by my house. Ordered 3 pizzas. The 1 topping is still $6.99. I ordered a cheese. The Hula and Supreme pizzas that I ordered, however, are both $5 more than what they use to sell for just a month ago. WTHeck?! $13+ and almost $15 for a Little Caesar pizza?! Come on… My one star was for the freshness of the pizza. As for my earlier complaint of the pizza size, OMGEEE, they were so small! (see images of baby sized pizzas) The guy serving me forgot to cut 1 of my pizzas. (see image) What is it with this place and not cutting the pizzas?! Even when they’re “cut”, they’re not… I should’ve just stayed home and cooked, just ugh…
Short staffed but there employees that were there worked their trails off and tghere was only a slight delay.I didn't get as much mushrooms on my pizza as I thought they would give me and too much cheese.......but that's my own preference I'm sure most people would love more cheese.
Very BAD SERVICE.. giving them 1 star is too much. They had two workers only. The guy who claimed to be the manager was in training. He was yelling at costumer's. I'm never going back.. I order online when I arrive the food wasn't in the portal. I still had to wait another 45+ so many people were upset and also had been waiting over a hour. It's been like this for the last 2 months
I only wish I could give ZERO stars. Worst Customer Service EVER !!! Placed an order through the phone app and when we got there to pick it up the girl had two orders and said we had ordered two orders. Told her NO, only 1 order, and then she asked if we wanted the second order as well or if we wanted a refund. Advised the girl NO, we only wanted 1 order and she proceeded to "refund" the second order, which took quite a while, then she claimed she was unable to find the charge in her system, stated that if we got home and found that we had been charged twice to come back to see her. Got home and checked our online banking to find two charges for the same order, made many many attempts to contact the girl back on the phone and they ignore the phone, NEVER answering. Had to contact Customer Service through the 800 number to have this resolved.
Asked for crazy crust. And well they ended up putting butter all over my pizza. It was gross.
