First time experience, had reasonably great service compared to previous people's negative experience. Wait time for my order wasn't too bad, food came out great. Thank you!
Order a pizza it came out burnt. Tried calling no answer goes straight to voicemail and surprise surprise voicemail full. Other than that customer service was excellent.
This location is trash. The level of Professionalism is sad at the store located at 38709 Tierra Subida Ave SUITE 310, Palmdale, CA 93551. They never answer the phone for orders and after 2 hours of trying I went inside and called the number and the employees ignored it! Management needs to be retrained and the lack or Professionalism across the board is a joke. The profanity and never answering the phone to place an order is REDICULOUS. I wish I could rate them 0 out of 5 stars.
Terrible service was waiting by the register and the people in the back just ignored me waited over 15 minutes for my order that was "ready" according to the email and time window even after 5 other people showed up for food they still ignored us. They had all the orders piled in the back not even in an oven my food was barely warm. DON'T come to this location waste of time.
My pizza was half ways cooked and wings were cold. Short dike manager was such a WITCH! They need a better manager and employees who can take the time to make food for clients as it should be.
Manager acts like she’s better than the world because she thinks she knows it all. Treats staff like she’s superior and treats customers the exact same way.
EVERY SINGLE TIME! This location is the absolute worst. They never answer their phone. When you go in they barely acknowledge you, they never have anything ready to go, and this is the last straw. I sent my son inside to order a few pizzas and he was paying with cash. He handed the clerk a $50 and they refused to break it. The change would have been a $20. Someone needs to train these employees that a paying customer
6PM and they have nothing Hot N Ready. You know, the main thing you advertise? "It's gonna be 40 min"... Absolutely ridiculous. This place must lose thousands upon thousands of dollars a year from people walking away every time they have nothing Hot N Ready. Half the line behind me walked out as soon as she said 40 min.Here's a CRAZY idea: how about you have some Hot N Ready available during dinner?? Not like they're gonna just sit there when every other person coming in is asking for the same thing.....

I get there, at 7pm on a Friday night:Do you have a classic pepperoni hot-n-ready?NO.Do you have an extra most bestest Hot n ready?NoDo you have anything hot n ready whatsoever?No, come back in an hour....Never again
