We normally love this place but today for some reason the personal attending are in bad actitud and they want to charge extra 2 dollars in our mangoneada when use to be part of the ice cream also we use to get 2 extra paletas when we get a dozen, this time they say the owner don't want to give that promotion any more.?
Tonight’s service was not good ! I don’t know if it was because of the language barrier or if the woman working in the light pink shirt tonight was just prejudiced, I had a medium size order , she acted rude like I was bothering her ! She scooped my first two ice creams , then when I told her I had three more cups to go she stared off and stopped responding to me , so I asked her if everything was okay and she rudely said I’m waiting for you to say your flavors , so I tell her my flavors and then my boyfriend ordered a mangonada he asked for three scoops at first but wanted to add a fourth scoop and she told him NO , and rudely started naming the three flavors that were already in his cup saying that’s all you can get , okay so we just let that slide and now on the last cup we wanted a mixed drink of strawberry and limonade, the woman made two cups and when My boyfriend explained in Spanish she looked at me and said , no you asked for two different drinks one strawberry and one limonade , when I told her no I asked for half n half she rolled her eyes at me , I asked her if she was having a bad day ?it made me feel embarrassed as others in line were looking and could tell she was having an attitude! She overcharged me as well I love this place but she shouldn’t be working with the public . It was very uncomfortable experience.
Need better staff. More friendly towards different ethnic groups. Spanish were spoken while ordering between workers that was helping me and my daughter. I thought that was rude. Little do they know, I am very fluent. They were laughing abt my daughters shoes. She's 7 months pregnant. So I responded back in Spanish, oh yeah I'm gonna leave one hell of a review! You should of saw the look on one's faces. I told them becareful, don't judge a book by its cover. Paid for my ice Cream and walked out.

I'm waiting in line to get something it's really busy 2 girls are working there finally a 3rd one comes out and starts skipping me after the second time I told her that I haven't ordered and she gives me her attitude what a way to care for clients
Overall the desserts are pretty good, and I go there a few times a month. The staff are friendly enough but mostly only speak Spanish which can be inconvenient because I speak English.
I was there today at night and thay close before the time and was asrespectable day so mee an thay turn off the light

Went there today to purchase ice cream and Nachos. Never had a problem with the shop. But the 3 young ladies working today are extremely disrespectful make people not want to return. The sell large nachos with a small portion of cheese. Don’t stop there the other Michoacan is worth the drive
Good ice cream and snacks from Mexico and from other countries in Latin AmericaThe ice cream and ice pop flavors are so many but they're always so tasty.The parking on they're side of the store is a bit reduced however you can find more parking space within a small walking distance, prices are affordable and the establishment is clean but for some reason you can only use one door to go inside and the other one to exit. The employees will make sure to follow this rule
