How does a company built on their glazed doughnuts run out of glazed doughnuts? Stopped by the Clemmons NC location to pick up 2 dozen on a Saturday afternoon and was told at an empty drive thru located in a nearly empty parking lot that they were out. Really? Empty parking lot and drive thru and you can’t keep up with the product your name is built on? Pathetic.
Love the original glazed. The employees are always so nice & helpful! P.s. go after 6 to get fresh hot doughnuts
How is it this location runs out of special event doughnuts EVERY TIME. Usually days before it ends. Ohh. It's unexpected demand. EVERY TIME. If there is always demand, then it's not unexpected. Learn to order. And as others have posted, there are some doughnuts that are out every day before lunch. It has been this way since this location has opened.
Doughnuts are good but they should tell you what they don't have so you don't ask; then are told we don't have it, we don't have that either, and this either

Bomb glazed doughnuts but they need to correct their website that says they are open until 10:30 because I went at 9:50 craving the hell out of the doughnuts and they say they are closed..... so either they are lying or they need to fix that so people like me don't come all the way from lancaster and get let down. Just saying.
Such helpful staff and friendly. Donuts hot and fresh, can't ask for more.
The staff is friendly and great. But they always run out of a selection of donuts. You have to go in the mornings or order ahead a day before to get a variety. Otherwise, if you go in the afternoons. Its already out of assorted donuts. You would think whoever is in charge would be managing this a bit better knowing its in a popular area.
Good service and selection. Make sure your package is secure. Much faster service if you walk in.
