I want to be understanding because I know most places are short staffed these days, however, this is the 5th time out of 6 in a two year period they have managed to mess my order up. I have to say something, because this time around I spent like 35 dollars for a 14 piece (leg and thigh). That's an amount of money and food where you're going to really feel if you're being short changed. They barely filled the two sides; gave me 13 pieces instead of 14 (three of which were pewny wings); and no butter or honey with biscuits. Not trying to be upset, just gotta throw the info out there. Not gonna come back myself, and I would avoid this KFC if I were you reading this right now. I NEVER take the time to review food places, and so me actually taking the time to write this is saying something about this place.
I arrived at 5:00 tonight. The drive thru was blocked so, I parked and went inside. They ran out of chicken....can you believe it, they ran out of chicken. Instead of closing and putting out signs, they were trying to sell their sides. Somebody better.get into some type of trouble. I traveled from Littlerock, 20 miles round trip and got nothing because of someone's screw up!
I feel bad for your employees why are you so understaffed. Are you paying liveable wages?Anyways I only gave 5 stars bc the employees were super nice seeing as how people were wrapped around the building.
I’m really sorry that the employees here are so understaffed and have to deal with poor working conditions. Yea I don’t work here but I could tell the environment was highly stressful. My order was misunderstood and I had to come back for missing items. I have 5stars because one young gentleman was kind and understanding through it all
Placed what I thought was a simple order for the family feast. Original recipe that came with large mashed potatoes and gravy and a coleslaw. I asked for 6 additional biscuits because my grandchildren were here and hot wings. What I got was damn near burnt chicken it was extra crispy they shorted me on the biscuits and the rest of the food was not even lukewarm it was cold there's a reason I haven't been to KFC in almost a decade and it will be another decade before I go again!
Ordered 12 piece beyond combo, they overcharged me and gave me someone else’s order, I go back in to ask for a refund and all they do is give me a box with 6 nuggets inside, take my receipt away and claim they cannot refund. We shouldn’t have to put up with large rich companies stealing our money. Please please do not support this company they will steal your money and steal the money from their own employees.

Well made . love chicken pot pie.Well worth the $. One thing thoWay too many carrot slices. But it was nice. Drive thru line was a mile long.
Bad experience on drive thru service during night. January 4, 2022 8:00pm the guy on the drive thru is yawning. and very unprofessional during taking our order from drive thru and took so long to prepare our order takes 15mins+ for only 3 drinks 3 3pcs tender and mashed potatoes. I'm sorry for the review just sharing my bad experienced on the service and very disappointed for KFC management.
Horrible!!!!! I paid for than $30 for a meal that was made with ZERO awareness. I ordered a 8 piece bucket and only got 7 pieces. When I got out of the drive thru they didn't even add the biscuits. And to sum it all up there was a fry in one of my mac and cheese. It was horrible I hope this never happens again because this is the second time!!!
