I came in a hour before they closed and they wouldn’t let me use the bathroom because “they just cleaned it and it’s closed “ really ?? Is that a way to treat your customers ?? I don’t think so .. 15 minutes I can see but a hour ?? Really
This Jamba Juice is trash I hate this jamba the drinks r not good and there customer service is straight trash
Always friendly and helpful staff. I feel like they are happy to see me when i walk through the doors! The smoothies are stellar and i feeling that they are healthier than other franchise options! I love this place
Jamba juice is always delicious. My daughter and ai love going her and getting a smoothie. It's always good and never to crowded. The staff is friendly and well versed in their jobs. Thank you Jamba Juice for another good experience.
Great smell , they be a little busy but it's a great clean spot and great customer service
I can forgive the first little hiccup which was them missing my order and me having to go up there to ask where it was. It was an online order and I was a little upset that everyone else was getting there orders and mine was about 10 minutes late. I get that they were probably tired but they we're so insincere about it too. What really made me mad was how little I received the day after. It looked like they made enough for a single order and split it between the two. If I'm paying $9 a bowl I expect to get what I paid for, not less. I barely had enough pataya mix to even eat with the stuff on top. Not sure if I want to give this place a third chance. Maybe one day but that won't be soon.
It would be nice to be able to hear myself or the cashier... They could turn the music down.
There is Seven Employees,that is 7.Yet only one that's right 1 Employee is taking orders and the rest are talking and some are making the Smoothies.There happens to be five that's right 5 Customers inline.Come on Jamba JUICE retrain Employees to help each other and teach them Customers come 1st!!!!!
This store is is AWSOME!!!!!! I've been to many stores asking to make a my delicious mango bowl and I know it has been out of the menu for a while, but Leilanie and Nick were so amazing on helping me make my bowl. Many stores are rude and tell me its an additional charge. In which I don't mind, all I want is to have my bowl made. I will be coming more often to this location. Best $25 spent........
Blonde manager (Leilani) at front is very unfriendly, claimed the music was too high but no her body language screamed she was ignoring my presence because she seems intimidated by other females. She doesn’t greet customers and has very petty personality... made me feel very uncomfortable ... I won’t be coming back
