Pretty sad I have to give it even one star, today I order a chicken nugget combo for my kids and what do I get when I get home? Jalapeño poppers!!!! How irritating they don't answer the phone. They can't use the excuse of "We are too busy" because they weren't it was early in the morning and to top it off it was a Manager who put my order together.

I come here often but today the staff was not on point they double charged my card and refused to give me a refund, and told me to wait 48hr ... and come back to ask for a refund again after it posted on my bank statement WHEN I CAN CLEARLY SEE IT ON MY ACCOUNT...and showed them and they weren't paying attention that they double charged me and forgot to give me my card had to drive back to pick it up after I just got off work ....

Don't eat there!!! Nasty kitchen and will fail heath inspection.... The local stores cheat the heath department by calling all stores in area when there's a health department inspector at their location!!! Automatic fail with this kind of cross contamination of pork and beef touching!!! Employees don't follow heath department guidelines about washing hands regularly!!!

Often told to pull around out of the drive thru and wait for my food to be brought out. Last trip, was given the wrong drink and no utensils despite requesting them with my order. Otherwise, food is always good.

I'm sure it was a manager and she is very very rude so rude I will not be visiting a jack in the box like ever again I know I'm nobody but the nobodies will one day she them that we don't need to be treated that way and it was all because I didn't want the drink . The chicken sandwich was not that good the new one I think your best bet is to try the Habit chicken sandwich they are good and they don't treat you like dirt for not wanting the soda

AWFUL, EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE. I do not have the name of the employee, so I must describe her. Middle aged Latina, argumentative, unkind, has difficulty counting and accepting accountability. This event took place this morning 3/10/21 @ approximately 4:50a. I had placed a mobile order at this location. The worker gave me 6 tacos. I had paid for 10 via the mobile app at around 4:10a. I got home discovered her error. I returned to the restaurant and patiently let her know what happened. She began arguing with my at the speaker. I drove up to the window. I continued to be personable. I explained again what happened. She continued to argue she had given the right amount. I called my son to double check we had been shorted tacos. He confirmed. She blatantly refused to give me the tacos I had paid for. I was forced to put my vehicle in park. I looked straight ahead, held up 4 fingers to show the tacos she had shorted me. After awhile she begrudgingly gave me 2 more of the tacos I had already paid for. She stood there staring at me for awhile. I then held up 2 more fingers to show I was still shorted 2 tacos. She took her time. Then finally handed over the last 2 tacos I had already purchased thru the app. She made my morning difficult and refused to look at my mobile order that showed she had indeed shorted me tacos. She made an otherwise glorious morning, difficult and trying. I maintained my kind nature with her, although she treated me very poorly and attempted to take my money without handing over what was due to me. She was very mean, argumentative and attempted to steal from me indirectly. I was brought to tears by this exchange after I returned home. Management, this is a coaching opportunity. Please make sure no one else has to go through what I did with this inept, anger filled employee. She tarnishes the JACK IN THE BOX BRAND with her behavior. Please and thank you for reading this. They had exactly what I wanted. I didn't have to wait long at all. The staff was courteous, friendly and swift. I went through the drive thru. Good food, I got lunch for breakfast. Tasty food!! Mmm GOOD

It wasn't that the food was bad it was the fact that I was in the drive thru for half an hour and there were only three cars ahead of me

Been a JIB FAN since the sixties as a teenager and my wife worked there when we started dating. A lot has changed or been blown up, twice. But I still cruise through the drive thru saying, and make it snappy Jack

This place is awful. I think there has been a recent change in management! Employees are nice but managers are rude and half the time the drive thru is closed late night!! Even though it says 24 hrs on the websites. Good food but service in this location is lacking. Very disappointed hopefully they get it together
