I arrived with my 2 grandchildren.There was 2 angry customers when I walk in.i feel this store is very discriminating.food was bad had to go back in because they mess up the order.Then after we ordered and sat down,they decided they wanted are vaccination card.after the way they treat there customers I will never come back to this location

Went there was in the drive three till for ever then I place my order I get to the window and I pay at the first window go to the second window upon waiting for my food my son asked if he could get some donut holes and the guy at the window called his supervisor over and asked if he could do that and I suppose he was told that they could not sell me two orders of the donut holes so I said ok don't sell me two just sell me 1 order of the donuts and he just walked away next time he came to the window I asked him if he would be selling me or not and he responded that he could not I reminded him of what he had first told me about the 2 orders but that I would settle for one he responded that he could not sell them to me and that if I really wanted them that I would have to finish that transaction then pull out and pull back in and get back in line and then to top it off that boy did not even get my order right as I was missing my small little order of tacos, that was a very negative experience.
Extremely rude ladies. Was trying to make a custom alter to the burgers and they still got it wrong. Hurried me to second window and there was no sauces etc. Both burgers were not customized correctly but whatever hope I never get served by them.

This is the worst jack in the box I have ever went. First, I stoppped going like a year ago just for the simple reason that when ever. I order anything they never give me what I order. And if they do end up giving me my order it’s always only half way. There is always something missing. Tonight I went through again. In hopes that they had already changed. But to my same thought. I asked nicely if they had chicken salads, they say yes, so I get in line to wait. When I get to the register to pay, the guy told me that he thought he had some but then they didn’t . I waited for like 30 minutes to be told other wise. I am done!!! And worst customer service ever. They get mad even after it’s their mistake!!!!
After a long day of work, I bought my family and I 5 meals from jack in the box drive thru, only to find out when I got home they only gave me 3 of the 5 meals I ordered. I tried calling their phone line to get this resolved but they wouldn't answer after several attempts. From now on I will no longer eat at this jack In the box due to their poor communication.
There drive thru line never moves there food is always cold smh
Always a little wait for fast food, but employees are polite and courteous.
