This Corporation has perfected duplication of an identical dining experience, from one location to all locations! When it comes to the price you will not find a less expensive menu, at any hamburger franchise period.Always busy, with hustling fast hard working employees, who make this a true Southern California Landmark of Great Hamburger Franchises, which has continued on with success at this location.The Palmdale store is as busy, and excellent in all aspects, as any In-N-OUT Burger location. Can't beat their old fashioned style of great hamburgers, fries, shakes, as if it were the days of sock hop soda pop. I only wish In-N-Out had a location at the Palmdale Boulevard exit on the Antelope Valley 14 Freeway. A location at the exit would make for a busier store, and a more convenient location, rather than having to drive down Palmdale Boulevard into the City, but, that much is merely a recommendation, and it's worth the drive into the city to hit up this restaurant.There's always a line, but it's worth the wait, and the wait is minimal for as many customers as constantly patronize this location.The Cheeseburger's and Fries are by far the very best of any of the competition. For the cost of 1 Double-Double, 1 Triple-Triple, 1 french fry, with 2 Cokes, for less than $20, no one can compare to In-N-Out, for outstanding Americana fast food at an unbelievably low prices!In-N-Out defies the cliche: "you get what you pay for," because here "you get the best for far less"!
If the line is not too long then I go to In N Out every chance I have. Their burgers are the best and I love a good chocolate shake from there.10 out of 10 times In N Out always scores a perfect.
I went there to get a double double and the person who helped me was Liz. She had the worst attitude ever. She asked if I wanted onions and I said yes and she said “would you like some gum as well”. Maybe she meant it in a funny way but it’s offensive and proceeded to raise her voice at me when I was still getting my order together and said “can you hurry? We have a long line”. Worst service and will never come back to this place.
The best fast food restaurant in California. Period.Staff is always friendly and fast. Doesn't take too long to get your food and it's always the highest quality!
The employee was pleasant; she was high energy and attentive. The restaurant seemed well kept. There was no complaint for this visit.

Over four decades of eating at In and Out, and I have NEVER had a bad one. Not once, not at any location. Quite possibly the best hamburger out there, and definitely my favorite. Like all In and Outs, this staff HUSTLES, and you have to appreciate that. Five well deserved stars!
Even tho I got the wrong burger ? that was supposed to be Grilled Onions and ketchup, mustard only. That burger was still bomb! Phenomenal customer service and speedy time! Everyone always goes above and beyond what's expected and my son enjoyed the stickers so much! Thanks in n out peeps! I see ? you!!! I visited this In n Out while on a journey to death valley. I found my double double animal style to be quite good and I enjoyed my strawberry shake as well. My fries were akin to potato sticks and I wouldn't order them again. Although I'm not Christian, I appreciate the bible verse reference on the bottom of my soda cup. It reminded me that the Prophet Isa SAWS himself would probably enjoy a double double upon his second coming before the Day of Judgment.
