Read some reviews that service was bad but still decided to try it out. Boy were they wrong! Service that we got from start to finish was absolutely great. Food was great, hot coffee was overflowing with refills. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend and come back.

It’s IHOP, so you know what you’re going to get. I’ve never had anything other than breakfast foods here or at any other location. It is always good. The only place like this where I’ve never had undercooked bacon, it’s always cooked to perfection. However, the eggs are usually just a tad undercooked from what I order (over-medium). Although I’d rather have them undercooked a bit than have the yolks overcooked. The prices have gone up, but the service is always good at this location. Of course, I’ve never been here when it is crowded, either.
First time was good. A little more pricey than Dennies, but then the first trip my order was on point with a friendly waitress. The second trip was all bad. Waiter got my order wrong, over charged me, and took for ever to bring my coffee. The second experience was so bad I've decided to avoid the norwalk IHOP indefinitely.
Came with my grandma been a long time visiting IHOP. The food was very bland my grandma was disappointed as so was I. We got the bill it was super high! Almost $50 for 2 people have breakfast ? maybe if it was good we would gladly pay but ... That Wasn't the case .. The server was really good though! but unfortunately we won't be coming back
Poor service. Food was not hot. We even had to ask for cutlery. This was not the first time we received bad service at this restaurant, but it will be the last. We will not be returning.
The service was quick but we were not rushed or left unattended like other IHOP locations. Favorite location from the AV honestly. Good food, good music, waitress was patient and attentive, they followed Covid protocols too. Very satisfied with our visit
The worst IHOP I ever been too food was lateWe asked for a manager and they said there wasn't any manager and I even got threaten by the African American girl that was our waitress. Horrible place I'll never go again
Service great, but restaurant empty. Just us. Food was what I expected. Had a breakfast bowl. It was good.
