What can I say about this hole in the wall pizza restaurant. I’ll start with the pizza I get the walk in special 7.99 and ask for a well done. The pizza is amazing zero flop sauce is great. Big slicesMy husband and I had gotten some wings these wings they were THE best wings I had ever had. We thought it was myth for a long time we had tired the Lancaster and 47 st East Gezzinys they are not the same let me be very clear about that!!!! But we told everyone I knew about it. Father in law was a Buffalo Wild Wings kind of guyHe completely switched to Gezzinys we would all pitch in for 60 wings and 4 pizza’s. Mild is the regular buffalo sauce and hot is HOT. Don’t try it unless you can take it, my dad loved the hot wings. Enjoy take a risk go get yourself a well done pizza. I can say the wings have change I’m pretty sure due to the shortage. But I will still support these guys. Barstools rating I would rate 7.9 if you know you know. 10/10 for me thou ?
Started calling at 11:05, no answer after 5 minutes so drove to location. Prices advertised looked great, but when I ordered my 3 topping medium pizza I found out the following. No bacon (only bacon crumbles), no Feta cheese (my favorite on a pizza), the price was substantially more than advertised specials which I can understand, but it was adjusted by something they call a convenience fee. It was only 50 cents, but where was the convenience????? They wouldn't answer the phone and I had to go there to order my pizza. They didn't have any Napkins or Paper Plates!!! I should have charged them an inconvenience fee. One star from me. Convenience fee???? Really???See below. This was an in-person transaction. My brother brought their Supreme pizza home and honestly I thought it was disgusting. Actually the pizza was like a hybrid of Supreme and Hawaiin ( it had pineapple and Canadian bacon as well as the regular Supreme toppings. I tried to eat it because I didn't want to hurt his feelings but this pizza was just bad. It was oily, sauce was too sweet, crust was burnt and tasted more like regular bread than pizza dough, I could go on but if anyone eats this pizza after that they deserve this pizza. It says famous pizza but it should be infamous.
I just glanced at the low ball ratings for Gezinny's and the theme that jumped out is on line ordering is terrible. Here is my experience from today to validate those claims. This was my FIRST time ever using this pizza place. The website says they open at 0900 but they really don't open until 1100. No, I didn't want to eat at 0900 but i would have liked to order then and pick up at 1100 and not just start ordering at 1100. So I call and they answer at 1105. I literally was their first order of the day, maybe second so its not like they were maxed out. I want to order 7 XL pizzas, about $170. The kid on the phone literally sounded exasperated, like I'm bothering him. First thing hey says like he is trying to discourage me is "Ya know, its gonna be at least 40 minutes right?" That's what he said. Then when I said I wanted 7 pizzas , the guy like sighs and says "That will be more than an hour then" - Yeah he said that. So I was like "Sorry to bother you man, I'll take my business elsewhere." I hang up, I call Rigatonis in Quartz Hill. My order was taken in under 5 minutes on the phone. It took me 20 minutes to drive there , when I walk in, my last pizza is going in the box, they hand me all 7 I'm back to work in under 40 minutes. 15 very satisfied people here today due to Rigatoni's outstanding customer service. I wont be "bothering" Gezinny's with any future business. Terrible customer service at that place, terrible.
Thanks for nothing Gezziny’s! I tried to place an online order but couldn’t complete my order on their website. Then I tried to call in my order, no answer. Ok, no problem, I decided to drive over and order in person. Left my home about 7:40pm and arrived about 7:55pm. Stepped inside Gezziny’s at 7:58pm. The person behind the counter asked if I called in for pick-up. I answered no and before I could say anything else, the guy says, “We’re closed”. I reply, “You’re closed”. He says, “Yeah, we close at 8”. I again repeated what he said and he said yes. Ummm, ok… I told him that I checked Google before I left the house, and it indicates that this place closes at 9pm & the huge ad/sign on the building says that they close on Fridays at 10pm (see image). He says, “We’re closed, have a nice night.” Would someone please clarify what time this place actually closes? Is it? 8, 9, or 10pm? I sit in the parking lot looking for another spot to eat, meanwhile this place stayed open well after 8pm. The flashing sign in the window says “OPEN” AND their front door was wide open (see image). Sat for 10 minutes just to see if they closed but they never did. You lost $$ tonight. I wanted to order 3 XL pizzas. I’ve been looking for a new pizza spot and this place comes, seemingly, highly recommended. Says it’s the place to go for good pizza. Hmmm… Looks like I’ll never know because I’m never coming back… My 1 star is for the place looking decent on the inside and the parking lot being well lit.
For starters, the guy on the phone is the rudest person ever. It is 5 pm, and he won't make nor deliver a Pizza to me. Then still charges my card anyway, calls back saying the return takes 5-7 days and didn't ever Offer making the Pizza for a future date atleast. Never agin
No matter how much I have eaten, I never fail to make myself feel hungry when I have my favorite pizzas in front of me. Flavors are felt exploding in my mouth when I take the 1st bite of my pizza. Those diced vegetables, jalapenos, tomato sauce, cheese and mushrooms makes me eat more and more. My love for my pizzas is eternal and nobody on this earth could ever take this from me until I die.
I wanted to get food right before Sunday night football started and I looked up best pizza in town and this location came up . I decided to give it a try and wow was I amazed . They have a bunch a specials but I opted to get the pizza and wing combo. The pizza was loaded with toppings and the crust is to die for. I also got hot wings and let me tell you …these are very HOT but I enjoyed them ! Staff were polite and courteous as well . Overall I will definitely be coming back here to order food for my football games thank you gezzinys pizza !
