I have to remove 1 star purely for the prices. Five Guys have the best burgers of all the large fast-casual burger chains, and the fries blow away the competition. Service and quality are great, but even still, for a cheeseburger, small fries, and a drink, you're paying over $20 PRE-tax.Would visit much more often for lunch or dinner as I work nearby, but with the prices, I can't justify doing so.
Very disappointed in this Five Guys location. I've visited the location in Georgia, Louisiana, Hawaii, and the location in Santa Clarita California. All locations had a generous amount of fries, a small order of fries fed up to 4 people. When I visited this location in Palmdale CA, I was truly disappointed. 5 Guys is known for the amount of fries served. A small order can just about feed 4 persons. I ordered the Large that stated can feed between 2-4 people and it was the smallest amount of fries I have ever been serve. Mcdonalds small order of fries has more fries being served than this Palmdale location LARGE order of fries. It's truly devastating because 5 Guys is known for the fries and the amount being served and they aren't cheap either. It's truly sad that this location rather save some extra bucks then to keep a tradition that has kept 5 Guys on the map. The customer service was amazing ? and attitude but the amount of food served for the price paid is DIFFERENTLY NOT worth it. I almost paid $100 for 3 cheeseburgers, 1 order of large fries and 2 shakes, and 1 drink. I ended up going to Burger King across the street just to order more fries. The quality of the food and service was great at this Five Guys location, it was only the amount of food served for the price paid that was disappointing. I hope this isn't a normal thing at this location.
Meh.It's not bad, it's just not amazing. But for a $10 burger (just the burger, fries and drink extra) I expect better than meh.Add to that a disinterested and apathetic cashier who goofed 2/3 of our order.There's better burgers out there for less money with better customer service.
Excellent fast food burgers and fries. I like the fact that there is a wide variety of toppings you can add. The food tastes fresh. VERY close 2nd place to In ‘n Out, but I’ve been eating In ‘n Out for 30 years and just recently started with this place, so there may be a bit of bias there. Either way, I will absolutely return to add grilled jalapeños to my burger!
Fast food and great service! Line went pretty quick, friendly staff. I couldn't ask for more from Five Guys.
Always clean and fast at getting your order out. Definitely one of the better Five Guys I have been to. Keep it up ! Love the service
I specifically called in and asked to add grilled jalapenos to my burger they said yes it was fine when I arrived I asked if they had remembered about the grilled jalapenos and the guy lied to my face and said yes I put it in the burger when I got home of course no grilled Jalapenos in my burger. I had selected for regular jalapeños on online but also wanted grilled jalapeños, I like both. I don't understand why lie ?
This place is open till 1000 pm which I enjoyed since many places close at 0800. Their sandwich was delicious, but for the price I've felt like the portion was tiny for that price. And their fries is pricey but they give you a BUNCH OF THEM for the price. The only thing is their fries are way too salty and I didn't even finish them since it was too much and salty. I'd recommend just the burgers or sharing fries with others.
It was okay, a bit pricey. It was $35 for two people to eat. Food was fresh, just nothing to write home about. Give me in and out any day.
Let me start buy saying Five guys has amazing food but. Upon my last visit prior to this one I wanted to order a bacon wrapped hot dog.unfortunately they didn’t have any hot dog buns! Cool understandable it’s a post pandemic one employee did me the favor of writing my name in a book and tell me hey just come back in a future time tell us your name and we will take care of it.Today is 10/30/21 @1:00pm I decided to come in order food me and my girlfriend after we place our or order I ask the employee Erica.D could she look my name up in the book she makes a weird face of unwillingness and pulls the book out flips thru a few pages and say hey I can’t find it. Not even taking time to look a little more effort would have been cool hopefully next time they can try a little harder other then that food was good ohhh and I ordered that dog!
