Server was amazing, food to be expected.
After spending $186 for a party of 4 ladies we were not satisfied at all. Our server Jose took 20 minutes to bring water if at all. Napkins and utensils were another 20. Pomegranate margherita, you took 3 sips and it was gone because there was sooooo much ice in it. I had to send back two drinks due to them being so watered down.El Torito is one of our go to spots and today we were all saddened at the service we received. And there were only maybe two other parties in our are, so it was not busy. Service and drinks sucked but our food was amazing. Happy birthday Tanisha.
The appetizers were good. Service wasn't bad. It wasn't busy around 5 to 6:30pm. Had some drinks. The alcohol didn't seem strong enough but then does it ever in some restaurants lol

I couldn’t get a salad at buffet, as there was no romaine lettuce available!!! Not happy at lack of salad bar. Service is always great. Waiter always available.
The food was decent, the service was ok and the table setup was unexceptable. We came with not 1 but 3 different families for Mothers Day. The food quality was below standards for them. I've come to expect higher quality and better taste then what was being served.

Happy hour is the way to go with 1/2 priced drinks and affordable appetizers. We all got a cocktail and our own appetizer for under $10 ea. We left full and happy... ?
